“So, my husband and I had an ice cream cone a little more than a week ago and we were not happy with the dense ice milk substance that we were served with. This McDonald's has always given us the best service! I wrote a complaint and sent it to corporate and they asked if I wished to be contacted and I said yes. Once again, we were shopping in Lewiston this weekend and stopped for another cone. THEY'RE BAAAACK! It was delicious! Smooth, creamy, tasty and we were very happy! Today I received a call from Lindsey and she apologized for the malfunctioning of their ice cream machine and is sending us a gift card! Yay! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Lindsey for taking the time to call and explain and for your professionalism!“

“Walked in for the first time ever at a zips got greeted before even walking through the door, great experience the person at the counter helped me with the menu and was very kind. Food was fresh and hot and came out within 5 minutes. Atmosphere was great loved the overall experience will go back.“

“Sometimes they forget stuff when I use the drive through however last night before I checked my other food I ran up because they forgot my onion rings. Got them plus some so thank you. Then when I got home I saw the extra chicken nuggets they gave me BEFORE I noticed the mess up. I wanted to say thank you!! I know they are working hard and it’s hard to get good people. They are always so sweet and replace things asap. That is why I keep going even after the mess ups. So thank you guys! I’m sure you don’t hear it enough. I would be heart broken if this place shut down. I can’t live with no whoppers. 🤣💕“

“I usually have no problem with McD's, but lately they have had a problem with drink orders. Messed them up 2x last week. Today went for coffee for the boys and I and got home and mine was wrong. I wanted a peppermint mocha with lowfat and no whip. I had whip and does not taste lowfat. Getting fed up.“

“I stopped in tonight (8/16/26, about 8pm) - there was a mishap with my order (a simple cup of ice)…the manager/shift lead of the evening (blue hair and glasses-name was Brittany) she handled it PERFECTLY- and she needs some flowers or a coffee or something to give her some praise…you can tell she’s younger, and that the shift had been rough (I could tell she was worried/stressed about the situation/day), but nonetheless she remained calm, professional, and gave above and beyond customer service to correct the issue, she deserves her recognition“

“I do like Jack in the Box! The food isn't bad, but one thing that makes me question coming here is the service. It's always 50/50. You might get a nice, smile-y worker, or you might get a worker that treats you like dumb dirt. I always try to be as respectful as possible, but it stinks when you're having a good day and someone brings you down a notch from one simple interaction.“

“Great staff and customer service, always very nice with very few mistakes, but always quick to correct. I've gone to both the Lewiston and Clarkston locations and they're always very clean. I go to the Clarkston location mostly now because I'm closer to it, and the staff is always so friendly! It's pretty fast, sometimes it's a bit of a wait because of big orders and longer lines, but for the most part it's quick. I don't review places mostly cause I feel they've already got a big following, but these places deserve love for the people who run it daily, and the quality of food they provide. Great job!“
