“Halloween night was extremely busy at the Thane Rd., Papa Murphy’s in Lewiston Idaho. The parking lot was completely full not a space available even all the way around the back and the dirt lot behind the store. There must’ve been 40 people inside waiting for pizzas or waiting to place orders for pizzas. There were probably a dozen pizza racks filled with stacks of pizzas. The pizza assembly line was full of pizzas crust crust. And there was stacks of pizzas at the end of the assembly line, tagged and ready for pick up. There were people in there who were becoming impatient or had already started off impatient, and there were people in there who were patiently waiting for their pizzas, but the staff this night had their work cut out for him. And despite the chaos in suing from these countless orders on such a busy night, every one of those team members performed their duties, accurately and efficiently and with a smile. They were welcoming when you came in the door. They were helpful beyond expectation and they did an excellent job of building the pizzas as ordered for all of these hundreds of customers that had pizzas waiting to be picked up. I know what it’s like to work under the pressure of service industry food service, especially is my family had a restaurant for several years and these people at this location in Lewiston were the top of the ranks. That kind of employee behavior is invaluable. Their work ethic was exemplary and they just kept a positive upbeat attitude during all of the mayhem. Excellent job you guys!“

“Pizza Hut addicts for over 30yrs. Had Papa John's 1st time ever yesterday. Flavor was amazing. Had to have a slice before we left town. Had another slice when we got home(Winchester). Today was the true test. Leftover pizza. Still was very surprised at the taste and it wasn't soggy nor the consistancy of cardboard and still tasted great. Love the parmesan on the top! Sam, very friendly and personable. We will now become Papa John's addicts.“

The order takers at the cash register are always super friendly plus the 5-6 people creating pizza’s work together like a well oiled machine. And… the pizza’s are great. NOTE: if you’ve seen a coupon or ad you may need to mention it while ordering at the cash register. Online orders probably do not need this.“

“Ordered pizzas on Saturday my brother in law picked up. Two medium size pizzas. One half pepperoni and half cheese. The other Shotsy. Both were extremely badly made. The crust was like a flat cracker and there was barely any sauce. It was hollow on the inside and brunt on the bottom. I called the manager today even though we ate the pizza on Saturday. I didn’t call to get a free pizza though none was offered. That’s not why I called just giving my opinion. She explained that since I bought on Saturday they couldn’t look up my ticket. I told her that pizza that looks like that should have never left the restaurant. Maybe someone forgot to make that special crust or the sauce so delicately made by hand. I’m posting pictures of what I got. Everyone knows that the pizza doesn’t cost but a few dollars to make. Next time I’ll order Little Caesars and eat a less pompously described pizza.
