“I've never had a bad experience this Papa Murphy's. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional in front of customers. Any employee drama is kept in the back, apparently. Pizzas are always perfect and done quickly.

My only gripe is the online order service in which it asks to add a tip. What for? I'm the one entering the order, driving to the location, walking in, and actually taking my pizza off the shelf.

I should get a tip for reducing their labor.

I know it's not the employees fault, and they are great. Just tired of everyone in the food industry now asking for tips for minimal effort.“

“My fiancé walked inside then almost straight back out with our slices of pizza. Not even 5 minutes and it wasnt dead(there were many other people). There were people going in and out as I sat in the outdoor seating area where the playground is. (FOR PARENTS) I think the biggest perk is there is so many toys and a cool play structer! Not only toys for kids, but in this video you can see there was something I was able to put my daughter in besides a highchair (which they do have aswell)“

“I hope this review reaches management. In the moscow store on june 4th 2026 between 3-4pm, i had the best experience in customer service from this store. I was waiting for pizza with my very energized young daughter. The taller of the two gentlmen offered for us to borrow a kids game, was quick to provide a cup of water when she said she was thirsty, and saw that she had almost forgot bracelet while we were leaving the store. All the while he was also working attentively behind the counter, doing his regular job.

“Good most of the time strange when we went to pay the guy implied we might run away with the food because he kept saying the same thing in different words it was super awkward. He said if your card clears I'll hand you the pizza as he sets it on a shelf behind him“

Tonight Matt took excellent care of us and went above and beyond when we ran into a little snag when we first came in. They were solicitous and helpful the whole time. This place is clean, service is quick, and always enough room. We are only disappointed to find that the soda machine and salad bar are gone now.“

“Such an amazing experience tonight at Gambino’s. The service was top notch and the food was delectable. We started with arancinis and fried mozzarella. Both were delightful. The arancinis are a must try! Amazing flavor and a crunchy outer shell. For entrées we ordered the Wrigley pizza and the balsamic chicken salad. The Wrigley was perfect, tons of toppings and thin crunchy crust. The salad was tangy and fresh and a generous portion size. We will definitely be back soon.
