“Dear Mina, I used to love Mikey's until my interaction with your employees the other day. I placed my order with an individual with a ponytail. They looked at my necklace that had a Star of David and the words of "Bring Them Home" and rolled their eyes. I decided to ignore it, placed my order and sat down at the table. I looked behind me only to find a poster accusing Jews and Israelis of genocide. As someone with numerous Israeli friends, that poster was disgusting. My friends and I also knew people that were massacred on October 7th. As I was waiting for my refund I begin telling your employee why I was so disgusted and a story about a woman who got her breast cut off as she was being gang raped at the Nova Music Festival. I didn't even get halfway through the story when this person started smirking and laughing at me. So yeah I got a little upset with this person. Once I got my money I went right out of there and ran into a friend of mine and her family on your patio. One of your employees came out and asked my friend if I was bothering her. She told him, no we are friends. And that's when I calmly but with an irritated voice said, knock it off buddy. Yhen your employee screamed at least I don't believe in genocide baby killer! You can't possibly understand how dehumanizing that is. Not in a million years if I had a business would I ever make anyone feel that unwelcome. I have talked to multiple people in this town that have Israeli friends and family members, all of them find that poster disgusting. It's not that it's just a poster, it's the fact that somebody intentionally took the time to laminate it and post it in the middle of the dining area so everyone can see. So every Jewish person with Israeli friends or family members can feel humiliated in your restaurant. I've known Persian people my whole entire life, and not a single one of them would ever make anyone feel that uncomfortable and disgusted. I'm already working with Stand With Us Seattle and their lawyers to see what we should be doing next. You are more than welcome to contact me. I'd rather resolve this like neighbors instead of possibly taking you to court. Something I have no desire to do. Tikkun olam”

“My 9 year old and I stopped by today for our first Palouse Juice! I asked for something to help with immunity and got a delicious drink with lemon, ginger, greens, and a bunch of other yummy stuff., my daughter got the funky monkey, and we shared a smoothie bowl. It was all so delicious! My 9 year old was obsessed with my "green lemonade" and the zing of the ginger. I really recommend going in and talking to the wonderful ladies!”

“Passing through with the kids on a road trip, I decided to try HB due to the great reviews. We were looking for a road trip treat of milkshakes & fries. Limited flavor selection on the milkshakes makes it easy to pick!
The vanilla milkshakes are more like vanilla icees. Strange texture for a milkshake. Definitely not my favorite.

The fries were undercooked in the middle and dry. The outside was well cooked. So again, the texture inside was throwing me off. The inside texture reminded me of the dryness of a potato wedge, which isn't my favorite either.

I will say, the kids working were super nice and they were working hard. I appreciate the team they had working that day.

Overall, what I had was okay...not terrible but nothing I was impressed with (besides the great workers!)”

“I was hungry as I finally left work at 8 pm so I headed downtown to check out the food at the Bad B parked outside John’s Alley tonight. My veggie burrito was deeeelicious! The flavor combinations were well thought out and they add the tastiest hollandaise sauce. So good! I will be the early bird at the truck at 8 pm as they are open late for the bar crowd, but as an appreciator of good food, these folks know what they are doing and I’ll be back! Yummm!”

“We had lunch here after visiting the Moscow Saturday market. The food was amazing. The service was not so much. Our daughter and her friend's drink orders were messed up and they did not get what they expected. My wife's food order was messed up as well. We did love that the chips came with black bean dip and salsa. My fajita salad with asade was amazing. Maybe the service issues in the kitchen were a one time thing.”

“The wings here are delicious! Ordered the bacon burger and it was really good as well..! There were a few flies which was a little annoying while eating. Our waitress had a hard time remembering to bring tartar sauce but I could tell she was trying. Overall pretty good experience I’ll give it another try someday.”

“Went to Gypsy Java for the first time this morning. The customer service is amazing, they're very nice. Really like how this establishment has a covered area to wait in or to sit and sip your coffee, I wish more coffee spots like this had that. I got a LG Caramel Caravan and my daughter got a MED Yeti, they both came to a little over $13, which is a little expensive for coffee. The coffees were both good, very hot, although a little on the strong side, I like more of an equal balance of flavors, to taste both the coffee and the flavors added. The one thing that we really didn't like were the lids, although a pretty pink, they do not stay on, when you pick it up or just holding it, the lids come right off (we had a small spill due to this) and they allow the coffee to leak as well, which, anyone one knows that this is not a good thing while driving. I would try them again, but I would ask if they will fill a reusable cup.”

“Very nice espresso and baristas. It is part of a church hall with lots of tables to study or chat with someone, an overall very pleasant atmosphere. Especially recommend for students, but really anybody.”

“One of my favorite places to go. Staff is chill, food is great (you make choose what to use, if you don't like it it's litterally your fault), and the whole process is super fast.

“This is a standard, no-nonsense Qdoba location. Never had issues with the food or the staff.

Out here, the other option for “healthy” Tex Mex bowls is the rival chain named after a pepper located in Pullman. They have questionable sanitation and food prep standards at that pepper location, and I have gotten sick from there before. I’m so, so glad that this Qdoba is here and that they know what they’re doing! Great food!”

“Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. I ordered a wine flight and filet. The filet was incredibly tender and cooked to the correct temperature. Servers were friendly and attentive! I cannot wait to come back again.”

“Love this Starbucks Kiosk in Safeway! Baristas are always friendly, helpful, and polite! Coffee is so good, ? love the blonde espresso! And when you ask for extra hot they make sure it’s very hot :)))”

“I didn't get coffee here, but the book selection is great! They cater to students a bit more, but great content to be had by all. Large back room allows for good study areas, individually or with groups. Attracts a friendly crowd, and staff were excellent.”

They have pool but it's not as good as mingles since it's money to pay not just on a tab and the other things to do there are just kinda run down. “One of the nicest places to hang out in Moscow, Idaho. Kids welcome, kids play area, bring your well behaved dog too! Big courtyard with lots of shade. Excellent pizza. Good selection of drinks. Sometimes there is music as well. This place is run by the nicest people. Can't say enough good about this place. Thanks for everything.”

“Young lady that took money and gave me root beer float was nice and pleasant. I dined out in car. A young man came out as I opened my door to enjoy the float. He said my door was too close to his car. It never touched his door. I said I am being careful and he said you are very close.
About 1 inch to 2 inches. He had time to come outside to ruin my time enjoying my root beer float. Are employees supposed to park near the area of customers? Anyway I guess I will do business elsewgerr.”
