About Young's Alley | Chinese

Young's Alley | Chinese is a highly recommended restaurant in Moscow, known for its authentic Chinese cuisine and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant specializes in dishes like Biang Biang noodles, which are praised for being toothsome, springy, and hearty. The sauces, including black vinegar and homemade chili crisp, taste fresh and authentic, made to order with care. The noodles are difficult to prepare, requiring significant kneading, and are made by a kind, intelligent woman who runs the business, adding a personal touch to the experience. Visitors are transported to the ancient city of Xi'an through the traditional cooking methods and flavors that have been passed down for hundreds of years. The restaurant’s interior features homey seating that feels more like a living room, providing a relaxing environment where diners can enjoy their meal, read, or chat. While there may be a wait due to only one person preparing food, the quality and authenticity make it worthwhile. Besides noodles, the menu includes vegetarian options like tofu and red bean bao buns, as well as dishes such as seafood soup and curry rice, which are highly praised. The boba teas and smoothies are also popular. Overall, Young's Alley offers a unique, authentic Chinese dining experience, making it a favorite spot for many in the area.

Simply the best. Steamed buns, noodles, and traditional Chinese dishes. All made in house from scratch by the owner. We are lucky to have Young’s.

Outdoor seating is great and food is always beautiful and delicious. Try the milk tea with boba.
Genuinely the best Chinese food in town with a cute and quaint storefront, quick service and delicious pork bao.
Young’s Alley is the best. I’ve ordered the same thing for at least 3 years now. It’s the most comforting and healing food you can eat. The service is great too, Young’s Alley is the ultimate treat.
