Panhandle Cone & Coffee is one of my favorite stops in downtown Moscow, especially on a warm summer day. I visited during the Saturday Farmers Market, and the shop was busy with people cooling off with ice cream while the downtown streets were full of visitors.

Fresh and delicious ice cream! Got an affogato with Huckleberry ice cream and it was amazing. Perfect on a nice summer day.
