The server was pleasant, we ordered and drinks took awhile, no big deal, our entree came, ordered wine, my husband had to go up to the bar to get our wine. Our filet came out medium, we ordered medium rare, we asked a staff member & she said "I think that's how they do medium rare here" the filet was grey on the outside, pink in the middle, our server came back & asked how the food was, I said, "The filet is over cooked but your assistant said that is how you do it." Nectar is one of the best options for fine dining and a good cocktail in Moscow. That being said, for a restaurant that costs ~$100 for two (entrees and a cocktail a piece) I think it leaves a little to be desired.While the featured cocktail menu changes periodically, the appetizer and entree menus have remained pretty much static and a few items are pretty basic. Great time; sat at the bar and enjoyed a DELICIOUS meat & cheese plate. Very good service and VERY attractive "eye candy" :D Also got a nice discount because we stayed at The Monarch Motel across the street... don't forget to tell your server that. :)
