I really don’t like complaining, but the owners need to do something before people just refuse to eat here. My sister & I were shopping at the mall on Tuesday, December 31,2024. We thought we would check out Denny’s because we hadn’t been in yet. The service was good. We both ordered the country fried steak, which included 2 sides and garlic bread. I got charged 1.29 for one piece of bacon for a double cheeseburger. the bottom bun was quite literally soaked with grease. Ordered a kids chicken strip meal and got 2 strips. The wait staff was slow, I wouldn't say they were unfriendly, but definitely not very happy. My partner said that the best part about that experience was the coloring crayons. The food came out of the kitchen fairly quick, but it also came back out of us almost just as quick. Negative 1 star out of 5.
We will never be back nor recommend anyone to go there. We waited over 10 minutes before anyone even asked what we wanted to drink then waited another 10 minutes and never came. There was only 3 tables when we walked in and they all had their food. 2 tables came in after us and they got there drinks right away. We left. They need to get there crap together. Will never be back.
