“What a delightful coffee and ice cream shop! I went in with family for an affogato while we were waiting for our table to be ready at another restaurant and I am so glad we did. I cannot believe how delicious their ice cream is and how many flavors they have! The only reason for the 4 stars was because the coffee in the affogato was really bitter and tasted like maybe they hadn’t flushed the espresso machine in a bit. The girl who helped us was also not very friendly and seemed impatient with us which was kind of surprising as this seemed very much like a mom and pop shop. Despite those two things, I will definitely be going back to try some more of their ice cream flavors and treats!“

“Literally never had a bad experience here. Food is fantastic - the bread is probably my favorite, underrated part of eating here. Makes every sandwich SO good. Service is always speedy as hell, you'll be eating less than 5 minutes after ordering. And the staff are always so friendly. Every time someone from out of town visits, I tell them to eat here. Best sandwiches in the Palouse.“

“Humble Burger!!! You guys are rock stars. Humble Burger catered my son's wedding. A special surprise for my sweet daughter-in-law, who always went to Humble Burger. The food was fast, hot and delicious. Your vegetarian and vegan options were amazing as well. Thank you for such great service. And for making their special day great.“

“Visiting from out of town with a group from work. Recommended by a local co worker. Great atmosphere, friendly, professional staff, wonderful service. Enchiladas a la Diabla were fantastic. I don't live in Moscow, but would highly recommend to any visitors“

“I live in Virginia and I was down for parents weekend in November I could not get enough of the food it was amazing ate there 3 days in a row. My favorite was the stuffed biscuits and gravy it was amazing. I can’t wait to go back this year😊“
