We went last Sunday with a group of us and had fantastic service and great food. Heather and her team were on top of all of our food and drink needs. Will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 stars.
I love coming to meriwethers! we come every Sunday after church. the staff is amazing and friendly. we love Heather!!
The food was fabulous. They had light items and stick to your ribs type food. All the waiters/waitresses were super friendly, and the two nights we stayed at the hotel there were live bands that were very good

Meriwether's Bistro offers fun, upbeat service with delicious, decadent House chips that are a must-try. The burgers are incredible, and the prices are reasonable, featuring great quality beef. While some steak orders might not meet expectations, the Flat Iron 6 oz steak is noted to be perfectly done, and the sides are delicious. The menu has a nice variety of items, making it hard to choose. The ambience is nice, and the restaurant has good food and drinks, making it worth a visit, especially for hotel guests. The bistro is highly praised for its pretzels, boneless wings, and hummus plate, which were so good that guests wanted them for breakfast the next morning. Despite some confusion with brunch times, the wait staff is great, and the overall experience is enjoyable, making it a great stop to enjoy a wonderful burger and fries.
