This has got to be the WORST restaurant I have ever ate at. Cold watery non cooked eggs. Omelet looks like a pike of scraps. Not wrapped. Twice now the food here is not edible. How do you stay in business. Employees vacuuming and hitting my feet while I'm eating. This is truly horrible!!

Long wait, but that we can get over. Very loud waitress embarrassed family who's cards were declined, in front of everyone waiting to be seated. Also my meal was bad. No Mayo on my BzlT and the inside of the toast was burnt. My potato soup was cold and by the time I got my pie, they were all out. Very unprofessional service.

terrible, horrible service and food. I'll never go back. Even though I was let down by the service, I still tipped 30% just because I'm a good tipper. The server took my payment and did not even thank me. She was rude and loud. Also, she was unkempt. Gross!!!!

This was by far the worst service in the entire PNW. I have stores from Montana to Canada to California and eat at this chain infrequently. They had terrible organization in wait list and the manager was not involved in the business or customer service issues. Several people waited 20 to 30 minutes for a table. The staff could care less. No greetings, no friendliness, no thank you'd. I even said thank you to my server several times and was met with silence. I think everybody there in the front of house hates their job. It sure shows.

Food was classic Shari's, another Shari's experience, nothing out of the ordinary, which can be nice sometimes. Comfortable atmosphere, agreeable staff, and classic meals. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The pies were fantastic as always! The food was awesome, but it took some time to get it.
Lady was pleasant enough but ordered two omelets to go, looks like they cut one in half and gave me a half order of hash browns to boot ($29). Not sure how they can get away with this sorry out thing in this market, guess that's why they were empty. Last time I'll eat here.

First experience dining at Shari's last night. Don't know if I will give them a second chance considering they served me raw steak. I ordered the 1lb t-bone steak and egg breakfast with stuffed hash browns ( which were delicious!) And I cut into my steak and it was seriously raw! Server took ot back and they recooked it, brought it back out and it was still raw. I mean raw raw! Not rare, but raw! Might be willing to go back for hash browns, bit definitely not eating meat from them.

By far the worst experience I've had . We ordered our food online got told it would be done in 15 minutes we get there and we are waiting until 150 for our food. fund out that our food was sitting on the counter getting all soggy . I always order the cinnamon sation french toast. Dipped in caramel sauce candide pecans whip cream well mine was absolutely plain nothing on it didnt even come with syrup I call the store to complain and the lady told me it's to bad that they dont make orders to go with all that stuff on it but that's what makes the meal. She told me they will not remake our meal and they will not refund our meal because we payed online and that goes through mad dash. But mad dash delivers we didnt get our food delivered. Just be aware of the poor customer service and the nasty food. They dont do there jobs at all. Sharies gets a 1 star for me . Shame on those workers !!!!

ate there last night with my family and Heather took half HR to get our drinks the food was cold she kept hitting on my husband showed him her chest asked him if he wanted her pie and ignored the rest of us 167:00 for crappy food crappy service and inappropriate behavior not what Sherri's stands for
