Really disappointed. The food quality was poor everything tasted rushed, sloppy, and just not fresh. On top of that, the portion sizes were way below average for the price. What used to feel like a quick, cheap meal now feels overpriced for what you actually get. Tiny portions, inconsistent quality, and not worth the money anymore. Definitely not the Taco Bell experience it used to be.

man i ordered 3 nacho fries and none of them ended up in the bag. i called and some kid said it wasn’t their problem when the issue started with them. they just carelessly didn’t put the fries in the bag.

come on now 3rd time at this place and yall still messed up my order really needa start paying attention and not focus on talking about stuff outa work with the customer do that on your free time how can you mess up 2 chicken quesadillas with grilled steak burritos seriously will be not heading there anymore.

The last 2 times I have been there and it was almost like they give me someone elses order. Not even close to what I ordered.Tonight Iordered a number 2,3 soft tacos and a drink.When Igot out of town ireached in the bag for a taco and had a burrito or something dont rightlyknow what it was!!Only 1 other item in the bag a hard shell taco.Damn good thing for them i had a trailer behind my pickup because I was pissed!!Wouldn't have been so bad if it Only happened once.people make mistakes but 2 times in a row??I wont be going back
My food was right on for taco bell. I really enjoyed it. The employees were slammed at the time we ordered so it took a bit. They had ketchup!!

Taco bell $7 box..chicken chalupa had 5 pieces of chicken about an inch long. The other items are more dress up than meat. The only good thing in the meal was the Cinnabon donut holes.

They let a guy in the drive through order for at least 15 minutes. Breakfast closes at 11. I pulled in and they wouldn’t let me order breakfast.
I don't think they deserve even that now. All I had on me was a 100.00 dollar bill and I was told that I needed to leave and come back with a different method of payment. They refused my money without even checking to see if they had change. They are a fast food eatery and they treated me like my money was no good. So they don't even deserve a one star. They need to fire staff and rehire better people.
This is kids choice by far with their supreme luxe box for the win...
Prices have skyrocketed, drink size has gone down. I think I'm done with fast food, I'll just have to make time to make food at home.

The girl in the drive thru was extremely impatient, needed to look at the menu I said no politely to help and she proceeded to recommend stuff after me looking for 10 seconds max, I felt very rushed and then when she handed me the food, she shoved it out the window as fast as she could and closed it. I work in a drive thru a lot and I know for a fact that is not good customer service, was very disappointed. The guy that was working in the drive thru was very nice though
