The girl in the drive thru was extremely impatient, needed to look at the menu I said no politely to help and she proceeded to recommend stuff after me looking for 10 seconds max, I felt very rushed and then when she handed me the food, she shoved it out the window as fast as she could and closed it. I work in a drive thru a lot and I know for a fact that is not good customer service, was very disappointed. The guy that was working in the drive thru was very nice though

I usually don’t ever leave reviews on places, but I wanted to appreciate one of the workers there tonight. I had a pretty tough night but was hungry so obviously needed some taco bell 😛 I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window asked me how my night was going. I wanted to cry, but just said it had been a night. He told me he hoped my night gets better, and seemed to genuinely care. He left a coupon in my food saying, “you deserve it.” Even though it seems like a small thing, it really made my night. Thank you for being so kind!

pretty sure it has to be in there hiring guidelines somewhere that they only hire incompetent stupid people. I haven’t been there with an order that’s been completed properly in probably two years. Mind you I live 45 minutes away as well so if I forget to check my food, I’m out of luck.

You just messed up our order a gave us five drinks it was the gal in the drive through a barely chould hear through the drive through speaker an an messed up our orders so get that fixed please I’d appreciate not messing up orders or meals
Order was completely wrong. We ordered three things and repeated several times. Need to tech employees what the food is and how to take orders. But like the employee kept saying "her bad"

I went through the drive-through and was met with an employee who proceeded to try and correct multiple times throughout my order, and after repeating everything 3 times, the order was still put in wrong which in itself isn't too bad but when I got to the window he glared at me, ripped my card out of my hand slammed the window shut and when handing the card back shoved his hand against my chest grabbed my food pushed it through the window and dropped it before I could grab anything and when I asked if I could get any sauces the window was slammed in my face.
