completely messed up our order. we ordered only ketchup on all of our items… each item was different, one had tomato’s lettuce & mayonnaise, the other had mustard pickles and lettuce, and the last item had mustard mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. we made it clear four different times we wanted only ketchup. i don’t understand lol

I've always loved Wendy's since I was just a kid.. My aunties used to take us there in Downey California back in the 70's she told us that it was her favorite place to dine as well.. The menu definitely has improved, blossomed and changed Over the years . JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER OVER THE COURSE OF TIME.. 🍔 🍟 😁

To any who use the restrooms, be prepared to smell the sewer gas from what is most likely a failed sewer vent line in the attic plenum, area between drooped ceiling and roof. Have told manager multiple times but they really don’t care.

Ordered the sauces nuggets for the boyfriend and he had a chipped tooth or nail clipping in his nuggets 🤮 that is pure disgusting won’t be back. 60$ in nuggets down the drain!

Specialty orders Dash do not go through drive-thru. They are there cancer or are not willing to handle specialty through the drive-thru Midded it 8 Times in a row 😱 sence the new management.
I like them, I like their food. They're not so bad about doing it if you go inside, open your food right at the counter and then call them on it when they don't have what you blatantly asked for.
I'm just referring to settle things like can I have double lettuce or no cheese and extra bacon. It seems to be something they just won't compromise on. If it's not simple they're going to give you simple anyway. Your address your customer what are you going to do come back

I come into Wendy's for a door dash and it smells like cat piss it's so nasty I'll never order food from here I hate to deliver food from here cause of it I think they need to shut down and clean!!! They should also should be wearing gloves when touching peoples food I'm watching this lady use her hands for fries and she's touching them with no gloves and the lady making the sandwich was grabbing the sausage with her hands and no gloves!! Idk about everyone else but that's nasty!!!
