If I hear about it again I will be making a formal complaint, that is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Don't waste your money on the cold foam coffee it's the worst thing I have ever tried to drink from the cheap chocolate that is lumpy and oddly textured to the cream that tasted off and has a curdled consistency don't try it .

Went through the drive-thru on my 30 mom lunch break. We ordered 2 biggie bags one with a frosty. They pulled our car,said they had a wait on the food. It took at least 15 minutes for the gal to bring out food out to us. Needless to say ...my lunch break was over and my lunch sucked.

Tonight my husband spent 30 bucks on an order that was completely wrong, finds out after the fact. Your teenage employees rushed him through his order and they didn't answer the phone when I called. Terrible service what a joke maybe they should lay off the mary jane
completely messed up our order. we ordered only ketchup on all of our items… each item was different, one had tomato’s lettuce & mayonnaise, the other had mustard pickles and lettuce, and the last item had mustard mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. we made it clear four different times we wanted only ketchup. i don’t understand lol

I've always loved Wendy's since I was just a kid.. My aunties used to take us there in Downey California back in the 70's she told us that it was her favorite place to dine as well.. The menu definitely has improved, blossomed and changed Over the years . JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER OVER THE COURSE OF TIME.. 🍔 🍟 😁

To any who use the restrooms, be prepared to smell the sewer gas from what is most likely a failed sewer vent line in the attic plenum, area between drooped ceiling and roof. Have told manager multiple times but they really don’t care.
