We were a large party and reservations were made. Unfortunately, they were not accurately prepared. One of our party was on crutches and they placed us in the upper area. The table was for 8 and we asked for one for 14. The manager and our server were quick to fix the issues, moved us to a spot that worked. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but think they are false! First time going there was great! Waitress was very nice and always asked if we needed anything. If you want actual bad service and food that kills your guts go to roosters!
This place is great. I eat here with my girlfriend who loves the sushi. I always get something different and so far everything I've ordered has been great. The food is always out in a timely fashion, not suspiciously fast or annoyingly slow. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. Last time we went we had Lily, who answered all the questions i had about the featured menu item. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the train set tacked to the ceiling isnt always...
