Burger Restaurants in Mccall

“If you're not in a hurry and want to enjoy a good burger outdoors in McCall, this is the place.

The food was good, but their sense of urgency and friendly service could be improved. With only 5 people ahead of us in line, we waited more than 30 minutes for 4 burgers with fries. And the staff "running" food looked like pouty teenagers who just had their phones taken away. 😳

Not sure what causes such a mindset in such a beautiful place. Being in customer service for a few decades, it probably stood out more for me than it would for most people, but it's something for management to explore. 🤷‍♀️“

“We arrived early on a Friday Labor Day weekend. The staff super friendly and the cook, Jennen, makes great food, especially green beans. The system of ordering at counter and being served at your table is very efficient. Can see why it’s a locals favorite. Tom and Jenelle run a great restaurant full of friendly people and good food.“
