This was the worst customer service by the owners. I grew up in McCall and my family comes to visit every couple years. We typically stay on the lake so we can enjoy a couple days of wave runner rentals. Usually I have always gone to Cheap Thrills, but this year we decided Mile High was the better option because the 2-day rental package they offer was a slightly better deal all around.
