Terrible food, terrible service. Extremely expensive. Sat down and ordered drinks and appetizer. Ordered second appetizer and main course. 15 minutes after 1st appetizer, 2nd shows up without main course. Appetizers were extremely mediocre. Waited 1.25 hours or more from arrival for main course to show. Paid 55$ for an extremely overcooked steak with 50/50 rehydrated potatoes mixed with real potatoes and 2 scallops 2 shrimp swimming in butter. Extremely mid. 3 tables that arrived much later than us started eating their main course before we received ours. We complained to the waitress before eating our well done chewy steak, only to have a supervisor? Come out and try to sell us on dessert. When the bill came everything was full priced at 118$ for two appetizers, 1 main course, 1 glass of wine, and a non-alcoholic drink. Then the waitress brings us a revised bill. 5$ off!!!! A small miracle!!!!

I used to work here 10 years ago. I loved it then and I love it now. Service is exceptional, food is amazing. We ordered the scallops probably the best thing on them menu. I'm a bit biased but they're mashed potatoes are heavenly. If I didn't live so far away I'd eat here for every occasion.

From the Hostess to the waitresses top notch service. The entre , tomatoe bisque, to die for. Scallops done to perfection. The desert bread pudding ranks in the top five I have had.what a fabulous place!

Steamer's is a must for anyone visiting McCall. They offer amazing dishes... we love the Bison, Salmon, Sea Scallops, French Onion Soup, & many other dishes that Steamer's has to offer.

Amazing trout, would totally recommend. The Ceasar salad was incredible and was so great to eat after a long day. Salmon has amazing seasoning, such a great restaurant. Service was a little slow but it’s understand me since we got there when it first opened for the day! Worth the wait.

Great place to eat in McCall. We've been going there for years. Be sure to call for reservation. Not just a walk-in place. Halibut is great.

The menu online is over 6 years old. We wanted the stuffed Halibut, no longer on the menu. Very disappointed. But the oysters we did have were great.

Honestly the service was good but the food was okay. Rack of lamb was definitely old and did not smell good. Our one New York strip was overcooked and the berry sauce made with my blackened fillet mignon was like a sweet sweet sauce with burnt berries in it. Any way $350 for 3 adults and 2 kids was not worth it. We celebrated my Wife's birthday as a very special occasion and were not that happy, considering what it cost..Thats a rare occurrence for my family to spend that kind of money on food. So overall we were a little disappointed.

Service was slow but the restaurant was understaffed so that was understandable. The spinach artichoke dip was amazing but took forever to get.The Caesar salad had no flavor, croutons were stale and mushy.Rainbow trout was decent but a bit too salty, my side of rice was flavorless. The veggies looked unappetizing. My wife had the salmon. It was very mediocre. Not worth the price or wait.

First off, the service was fine. None of the rest of this post has to do with service.1. Drinks: Wife ordered an Italian wine that frankly tasted like it had been watered down. (Likely not the restaurants fault but just be aware). I had beer and that was fine.2. Bread was adequate3. Appetizer: Breaded and Pan Fried Oysters: these were burnt. Clam chowder tasted like it came from a can and had no seasoning.4. I had the BBQ pork shank. Pork was tender and good but the sauce tasted like watered down Sweet Baby Rays. Mashed potatoes were bad, tasted like potatoes with sugar and not other flavors, including butter.5. Wife had the lamb and trout. There is no way to put this lightly. Worst Trout either of us have ever had, including making Costco trout in our own kitchen. Slightly burnt and no flavor other than slightly burnt fish. Her lamb was cooked well but also was strangely bland.6. Atmosphere: We were near the kitchen and someone kept burning things, filling the area with smoke. Very VERY loud group came in basically forcing everyone else to talk over them. Not entirely the restaurants fault, but it did further sour the whole experience. This place is ranked #2 on Trip Advisor and we were shocked at how bad the food was. Crazy to strike out on everything but bread and beer. I would give it more stars because the service was good, but I can't get past the fact that at $60 a person for the night with tip, the food was so bad.
