This was such a cute little store. However I felt like the employees were very unprofessional. When we walked in we were greeted by two women, and then they immediately returned to their loud conversation about another employee- giving her a mean nickname they referred to her as and talked poorly about her the entire time we were in the store. They we were not quiet about it at all. The sweatshirts were adorable but the majority of them were all out of stock besides XL. I’m not sure how often they restock but I was bummed every one I loved didn’t have any sizes but the one.

I need to thank these kind people for sending me a new sweatshirt after I got wrong size on one on a mini vacation. The young lady on the phone ,maybe named Katie was ever so sweet. And the Manager Calli was also very nice. Its nice to know that still are great places that cater to customers needs! Ill be back!

Went to this store to buy my daughter a McCall shirt, my total was around $17. The next day my card wasn’t working and come to find out my bank put a hold on my account due to a $10,000 charge from THIS STORE! I spent $17 here and I got charged 10k!!!! I don’t know if this store is trying to scam people, I have no idea but you don’t accidentally charge someone 10,000 dollars. This is ridiculous and I can’t even explain how mad this makes me. I would get a McCall shirt for my daughter here every year, and now I’m never going back there.

Major rip in sweatshirt...made me pay shipping to get a new one......
Cute store with a wide assortment but when I got home I found a major rip in the seam of a sweatshirt. I called and they informed me I would have to be the one to pay for shipping the ripped one BACK AND THE NEW ONE! I would be paying for shipping that cost more the the sweatshirt originally cost just so I could have one that is wearable.
Their customer service clearly needs work. The staff were friendly to work with but their policies are NOT in the customer's best interest. Due to the lack of quality in the sweater, I won't be going back and can't recommend it. I ended up fixing the sweatshirt myself and chose not to pay $40+ in shipping just so they could make it right...
