We had the 2/25 deal with the mozzarella sticks, Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and Fiesta Lime Chicken all were cooked perfectly nice and hot, we did wait a bit for the main food, but not a bad wait with our Shark bowl cocktails. Servers were all great and checked on us plenty and gave great conversation.

Matt was the very best waiter I have had in a long time. He handled our table of 7 perfectly. He was definitely on top of his game and we all appreciated that. He deserves a raise. Thanks

I don't know where to begin. The expectations were not high. My wife and I were seated immediately, and the hostess had a warm personality and was welcoming. The hostess is why there is a star on the review.Our waitress was shockingly disconnected. She brought us water, took our order (that included a couple of adult beverages), and pushed an upsell (that I ordered). We got our drinks from the bartender and the entrées from the waitress. That was the last we saw of our waitress for 30 minutes.We ordered the all-you-can-eat special. We did not get the upsold appetizer or refill on any drinks or food during this time. When she returned, she asked if we would like more of the special. Our water was not refilled. We said yes, and 10 minutes later, half of the order was served. She asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert. We declined and asked for the check. She gestured to the table side kisok. We paid (the appetizer was never ordered or charged), and she actually came back a short time later to make sure we paid by checking our kisok.The experience was not positive. Date night will not be at Applebee's again.Update:Management called me back about a week ago, apologized for the experience. We chatted for about 15 minutes. Management talked about changes that will happen in the future. I was offered a $25 gift card (I accepted). I will update if / when I go back to Applebee's.

It was fine, the food was corporate good. Look, I'm just not a fan of corporate restaurants. There was nothing they could have done to get 5 stars out of me. Had it been my decision to choose the restaurant that day, I would have picked a local establishment.
