Food was great. It took over 20 minutes to get our 3 pretzels and we were the only customers.

Ok first off the is a young girl walking around in a bra and second making food with no gloves and and shaking my soda that's in a bottle like Iam sorry but you guys need to fix this Iam not here to see some girl walk around in a bra or are food / drinks being shaked very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming here again would not recommend going here.

The breadsticks were warm.
Took forever in the drive through . Only had one person ahead of me who seemed to have ordered pretzels and 2 smoothies. Probably spent 15 min waiting. When I got to the window the smoothies were ready but they didn’t tell me which was which and I had my 4 year old guess. I’m allergic to mango so hope her tasting abilities are good.

Let me start this off by saying the pretzels here are usually always good. But this location either needs to go over expectations while working on the job or retrain. I’d rather not have to compete with Snapchat for the attention from the workers. One worker was on Snapchat hiding it behind the register. Again let’s not be on social media while at work. You are at a job.

My son went to this location with a free pretzel code (from T-Mobile) and was told he couldn’t use it because his app was less than 24 hours old, he asked a different employee and they stated “we aren’t set up for the app” very frustrating experience. Won’t be back.
Waited an absurdly long time with only two cars in front of me for a pretzel and smoothie place. Ordered and paid at the window only for them to tell me 12 minutes later that they were out of twisted soft pretzels so they were going to have to give me something else because they already had me pay (this wasn’t long after they had opened). Wouldn’t you check before having me wait if you had twisted soft pretzels at a pretzel place? Then they said “It would take a long time to make more and there’s three people behind you so..” what kind of customer service is that? Don’t recommend.
The pretzels are to die for omg. But then there’s this yummy peanut butter smoothie, I think it’s called moo’d and every sip is so so delish🤤. And the atmosphere, it’s so chill because the girls that work there are so fun! Always smiling & laughing & just having a good time while kicking butt at their job!
I recommend this place to everyone🤩
This place is always out of items. You guys miss so many sales because you have no product and I'm not willing to wait 15+ minutes for a pretzel.

The food is amazing and really good but having to wait 20+ minutes for 2 pepperoni nuggets, 2 pretzel and a smoothie is crazy, plus they kept telling me and my sister that they didn't have any pepperonis and trying to make us get something else, also if you're going to order something go through the drive-thru bc their prices cheaper then inside at least for the dips. They also forgot one of our pretzels when we clearly saw them in the window and didn't get us one, so we had to drive back to got the rest of our food. Foods good, service really bad never going to that one again.

We ordered at 6:30, they close at 9:30. I tried ordering two pepperoni pretzels and was told they are out of those for the rest of the night. I used to work for an auntie Anne’s and know there’s no way they don’t have any pepperoni meat left IF they didn’t receive a truck order or someone messes up during the order. But I kept asking how they don’t have pepperoni anymore?? I guess as the customer I had to pester the workers into making me food that they offer?? It’s currently 6:44 and still no food yet. It doesn’t take a long time to make any of the things I ordered. These people must not be able to pass the pretzel test. They’re not hard to make and there’s no reason to tell the customer “we don’t have any for the rest of the night”. BS I know you’re both being lazy af. Do your job at least??? Also if you look at my receipt, Gracie or Maryn R. did not even charge me for pepp pretzels. They instead charged me for pepp nuggets. I didnt want those they cost more but I didn’t say anything bc I hate having to feel like a nuisance just to get what is orderable on the GD menu.

They struggle listening to an order and I repeat it 4 times, to wait 20 mins for some basic pretzel bites… service is trash….

First let me say I love Antie Annie's but my experience at this location was terrible. I ordered a sweet almond pretzel and was charged $4.89 when the menu board said it was $3.89. When I asked why they were charging me more they said we'll that's the price, the menu is wrong. Okay, I'll let that slide; I took my pretzle home to eat it and when I took a bike I nearly broke my tooth. That pretzel was hard as a rock and I'm not exaggerating! It must have been sitting in the display all day long. I had to throw out my over priced pretzel. Never again will I go to that location. Such a let down.
