pretzels were severely undercooked and the pink haired girl at the window was exceptionally rude. pretty sure i was overcharged for my order, like an added tip i wasn't aware about after calculating at home. learned my lesson to ask for my receipt from now on.

My girlfriend wanted to use a gift card she got and it didn't work so my girlfriend told the lady what she wanted and the lady behind the counter working says on her headset that someone was buy someone else's dinner my girlfriend trys to pay it declined and then she gets laughed at like its her fault, she got the damn thing for Christmas yesterday and she goes to use it and gets humiliated what is wrong with people no good morals at all

Called in an order 15 mins ahead of time to avoid waiting there. And when I got there they acted like they didn’t know what I had ordered (a football bucket that was flashing on screen behind them), and then made me sit there while they just started the order.

I went through the drive-thru at this event and ordered an almond pretzel and a glass of ice water. The Pretzel was rock hard and tasteless. The Ice Water tasted like something from a sewer. I don't know what happened here as pretzels have always been good at this place.
