Pros- fresh & hot food. endless refills on drinks. VERY GOOD COD SANDWICH!.Cons- no real brewed ice tea. Dine in at 2:30pm, dirt everywhere; floor, tables, drink stations. I watched 3 employees step over a large piece of trash. Trash receptacle overflowing inside. Employees not busy in back. Employees no uniform & no names tags. Limited parking. Dining room did not smell clean << needs a deep clean everywhere. No curbside pickup. I had a sandwich and onion rings, why was I given 2 sporks?

A&W AND KFC in one spot!AWESOME! Can we PLEASE have one in the Rigby area???The double bacon cheese burgers, chili cheese fries, French fries, and rootbeer floats were amazing! The girl who served us was very nice and quick to help us!

7/31/23 10:32 am. Yes they just opened and I was expecting a wait for the food. BUT The Classic chicken sandwich I ordered came as two THIN chicken strips on a bun ☹️. Why they thought this would be ok to charge me full price for a sandwich that was lazily made with a cheaper product is ridiculous. If you needed to cook the piece of chicken Breast I would have waited a little longer than I was already had to.IF you just don't have the item I ordered A Conversation should have been had first. I was the only person in the drive through and they had me wait around the corner for my food anyway. Definitely had time to cook the piece of chicken breast. Customer service is a must when there are at least five other fast food places within a block and half of yours!!

I went threw drive through and asked for an A1 combo upgraded to a large. I'm charged extra for it like I expected. Get my large drink and then my bag of food. I noticed my fries were still small. I let the cashier know I asked for a large, she told me that's not what she has on her screen. So I nicely said again I did ask for a large. Her only response was "well sorry."
Root beer floats any size $2! I think it ends the end of August (I could be wrong)But great

2 stars may be generous. I'm not sure if customer service is in any of the employees vocabulary. We stood there for a good 5 min waiting to order as several people wonder by. Then while taking the order I asked about getting a "chilled mug" for my drink (an A&W staple) and she gave me this blank stare. I explained, and still confused, she yells back to a manager, who then yells back, were sold out! I didn't want to buy one.... I decided to move on and finish my order. I love A&W but this puts a bad taste in my mouth.
