Zero stars. Waited at the menu without order being taken behind a single car for 15 minutes before we bailed. It’s just scooping ice cream, not cooking. They should have better systems in place or more people working.
Mikeshake wasnt even blended, no straw either. Waste of money
Y’all gotta hire more people. Drive thru line wait of 30 min is ridiculous. Dropped my score from 2 to 1 star because they didn’t even the order right. Will NEVER go here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Go to another location.
I don’t know if it’s me or everything just sucks in this state: I’ve been to several Baskin Robins and this is the first one I’ve been to in Idaho and also the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes to even be greeted with only drive thru customers ahead of me. A lady was helped before me that walked in after me. When we were finally asked what we wanted they were out of several flavors. So I quickly changed my mind. I watched the worker scoop ice cream in and he had to reach so deep into the freezer that he broke the drawer off. Then this dude literally dropped a scoop out of my ice cream onto the counter, looked me dead in the eyes and then just scooped it into the blender. I would’ve asked him to remake it but at this point my girlfriend and I had already been in the store for 45 minutes so oh well, at least the lady who made my girlfriends shake knew what she was doing and fixed the door on the freezer so that’s cool.
Jared was the most helpful employee I've had the pleasure to be served by. Working by himself, he took care of the drive in (2 orders) and my order and a walk-in calmly, coolly, and quickly. They better give him a raise and keep him.
Staff was very friendly and made sure our orders were correct and delish!!

Not even a 1. I was only physical customer in the store tonight. Stood there for maybe 8-10 mins. 4 people working, 3 on counter. 1 in back. Not one of them acknowledged me. I stared right at camera so hopefully manager will review. But I just said to my husband let’s go when guy from back decides to help. Won’t be back!!! Acknowledge your customers it’s not that hard. I am the only one in store!!!!! Yes you may have dash orders but I actually came in store. That should count for customer service.
Service is terrible all the staff are young teens that just laugh and and play around. I waited 20 mins before they even acknowledged me. The second time I went I waited 30 minutes in the drive threw to even get my order nobody ever talked to me.
If I could rate our recent experience a 0, I would. We decided to order through the app to make it easy and take advantage of first time user offers. My husband went in to check on the order and was told there is a fifteen minute delay on mobile orders, which was totally fine. We sat in our car and a team member was nice to bring the order out. There was no receipt on the bag which should have been our first clue. We got home thinking all was fine and placed the order in the freezer for later. The order was completely wrong and inedible. We were most disappointed in the fact that there was no communication that they had run out of our selections. Tried contacting Dunkin and they give you the run around. Will never go back and will try to support local ice cream shops.

I’ve been to this store more times than I can count, and have never had a bad experience. The drive through is the best, even for last minute polar pizzas for birthdays you forgot! They’ll write on it last minute! Inside, the staff are always willing to give you ice cream opinions and I do appreciate the many options for flavors. A classic store from my childhood, and our neighborhood Baskin Robbin’s doesn’t disappoint.
Ordered a cake online 4 DAYS AGO. When I came to pick it up, it was not decorated at all. We have gotten cakes here for years. Never again, I am very disappointed.

My brother and I come pretty often. We’ve never had a bad experience. The ice cream is always yummy and the workers are always kind. :)
Website and sign out front said they closed at 11PM. Walked into the lobby at 10:05PM for the teenagers that were stuffing their faces to say the lobby was closed and we had to go through the drive through. At that point we didn't even want ice cream anymore due to the horrible customer service and went elsewhere. It's no wonder they have such horrible reviews.
