I’ve been to this store more times than I can count, and have never had a bad experience. The drive through is the best, even for last minute polar pizzas for birthdays you forgot! They’ll write on it last minute! Inside, the staff are always willing to give you ice cream opinions and I do appreciate the many options for flavors. A classic store from my childhood, and our neighborhood Baskin Robbin’s doesn’t disappoint.

Ordered a cake online 4 DAYS AGO. When I came to pick it up, it was not decorated at all. We have gotten cakes here for years. Never again, I am very disappointed.

Website and sign out front said they closed at 11PM. Walked into the lobby at 10:05PM for the teenagers that were stuffing their faces to say the lobby was closed and we had to go through the drive through. At that point we didn't even want ice cream anymore due to the horrible customer service and went elsewhere. It's no wonder they have such horrible reviews.

Just stopped by. Food is always great, but the order seemed a little high. I questioned it, and the cashier seemed a little quiet at my statement . I didn't get a receipt, nor was i offered. I meant to ask but forgot by the time my offer was ready. Came home to look up the prizes and sure enough, the cashier tacked on extra money. Owners want to audit the night crew. Our maybe the owners encourage it, either way check your receipt.

Ice cream is good. However, they whisper to each other in their headsets in front of customers which is pretty rude. If it can't be said without whispering, it probably shouldn't be said.

The owner in writing is nice. His wife runs things and does a horrible job. She wasn't a good boss. Sells expired ice cream too. Didn't file reports for injured workers, nor carry the required worker's comp insurance.Inconsistent leadership and training. Don't look too hard in the corners either. Yuck. Watch out they own all the ones in the area.

(: I had a frustrating experience with the District manager who, in my perception, seemed disrespectful. After conveying my concerns, she abruptly shut the window, displaying a lack of receptivity to feedback and appearing immature. I believe there's a need for better training, especially considering the inconsistency among staff members. When employees follow different procedures, it causes confusion for regular customers who have specific ordering preferences. Establishing and enforcing consistent rules across the team could simplify operations and enhance the overall experience for customers.The situation was further complicated when the red-haired girl mentioned that I would be charged for the drizzle, but unfortunately, it was omitted from my order. Despite the oversight, I was still charged for it. This inconsistency in service raises concerns about accuracy and attentiveness, highlighting the need for improved attention to detail and better communication within the establishment.Do Better .

Best ice cream around. Girls working there are very good. Unfortunately we had an emergency to get a ice cream pie and they would not do it. I understand I said they needed twenty fourever advanced notice, But we needed one real bad and they were not busy.12-24-23 Young lady was swamped first thing in the morning. She moved right along got everybody, but they needed.

This store is awful, i have ordered Doordash many times and have NEVER had an order come through correct! They need to check on employees and make sure they are doing there job. I have had sundaes missing and even made incorrect! Get it together and fix it! Worst customer service in Boise!

This shop used to be good but now it’s very challenging. The staff at the old location were fantastic. Very friendly, personable and knew what they were doing and how to do it. At this new location it’s a bunch of teenagers behind the counter and they don’t know how to scan gift cards, make change, or fill a simple order. I went there recently to use a T-Mobile $2 off coupon and the whole process took approximately 20 minutes because the cashier didn’t know how to apply the coupon. Adding to her confusion I used a gift card in the Baskin-Robbins app which she didn’t know how to ring up either. Don’t waste your time here. They have pre-packed pints at Fred’s right down the street!
