We went in to eat to give it a try and it was a pure disappointment. The food took over 45 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Brynn our waitress checked in with our table once in all that time. We ordered the burger and chicken sandwich which are supposed to be their most popular menu items. The burger was overcooked, and the chicken sandwich was tough.
After giving our credit card to pay, we watched as Brunn just stood at the register chatting with another employee for 5-10 minutes.

I've never been treated so rudely. The waitress, a pretentious young blonde, basically abonded our table so she could flirt with some guys. We got through the meal and left a minimal tip. Meanwhile, others got good service. I guess we weren't her type of customers.

Our new server was great. We were here for the Oregon game there were a couple of mistakes but who cares he did a great job.
They had a drink special for a $2 shot of vodka and added it to some margarita mixer for me... delicious, especially after I added an extra shot! Lol... The waitress was very friendly and prompt and the loaded fries with carne asada were too good... I was tempted to order another plate! The other menu items were a little more than I was willing to pay so I can't say much about them. Also, this is an excellent place to watch the game, with at least seven big screens, all showing something different.

Could be a great place, lots of fun energy on game days from the patrons but the staff can never keep up. The slightest rush turns into and complete breakdown of kitchen and staff. It’s our neighborhood place so I always hope for better the next time but consistently let down.

What do a freshman basketball player who scores 35 a night and Giggy D's have in common? One and done, baby! Except where the freshman is a good thing, Giggy D's is most definitely not.
Service? Marginal. The server spaced our appetizer order. We had to ask for ketchup for our fries.
Food? The fish and chips bordered on fried black. The finger steaks and the fish tasted like they had been fried in week old oil. The cocktail sauce was more vinegar than horseradish and the iced tea tasted older than the oil.
I travel a lot for business, and I will almost always avoid a restaurant in a hotel parking lot. Because they have a captive audience, they often don't try as hard.
Tonight I was at home and forgot that this place is in a hotel lot. Because we had already tried 3 other places that were closed, when we got here, we were hungry and tired of the search, so I went against my better judgement and paid the price.

Usually a very understanding and forgiving customer to restaurants but I haven’t had this bad of a dining experience in a long time.
It took over half an hour to get two sodas. They finally got to us after appetizers, and 10 minutes after our main course. When we finally got them they were completely flat. And were still charged for them.
Food was cold when it got to our table, and it took another 15 minutes just to get condiments.
Bree was a great server- super engaged, helpful and responsive- never an empty glass!!

Visited on a cold rainy day. Incredible food. We had the club & a steak protein bowl. The server / bartender made an amazing hot toddy for me! We'll be back soon!

After ordering, we waited for over an hour for our 2 appetizers. After eating our appetizers and the waiter not coming back for our entrée, we asked for the check and left. Apps were okay but cold.
