I’ve always enjoyed coming to Big Al’s for football, especially because of the large TVs and great setup for games. However, during our last few visits, even when it wasn’t very busy, the service at the bar has been inconsistent. We noticed drinks sitting at the bar for extended periods while servers were nearby, and we often had to wave someone down for assistance. On the positive side, the bowling alley staff was much more attentive and helpful. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve the overall experience, because this has always been a place we enjoyed and would love to continue coming back.

Went to the bar since Yardhouse was full. Wasn’t expecting much from a bowling and arcade place but was amazed by the beer selection and service from Cameron. Rare to see a corporate chain have a real quality bartender, especially with great personality. Next time my friends want drinks in The Village, Big Al’s is the place!!!

I would give it a Minus 1 if possible. NEVER “reserve in advance especially on a Tuesday. I was taking my Grandson for a special bowling outing and what would have cost me $12.if I stood in lik ne cost me $69 for exact same bowling time with shoes. They refused to refund. Every other place that takes on line reservations may charge a minimal fee like 2 or 3 dollars. This was the worst customer service I ever had. We did not even end up bowling because since I told them I was going to dispute they would not even let me bowl with paying the Tuesday price!!!!!!
