Two Latte’s, first visit and were excited to try them out…so disappointed! Our flavored Latte’s tasted like burnt watered down coffee and could NOT taste any of the flavors AT ALL! (Butterscotch, Caramel or Vanilla, Cinnamon) Just burnt coffee!

I feel very torn only giving this BIGGBY location 2 stars. The food is awesome (best breakfast bagel sandwich is the best of any coffee shop I’ve had), and the coffee is always delicious….but holy guacamole this is the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life. This location is right across the street from my neighborhood, and on my way to work, but if I want to plan to grab breakfast or coffee here, I have to plan an extra 30minutes at least. If there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru when I get there, I have to bail out because I know the wait will be too long. Typical drive thru wait is 20-30 minutes for 2-3 cars. I was just there this morning and watched 3 cars behind me pull out of line and leave because it was such a long wait. Maybe more hands needed for AM rush? I really wish this issue could be resolved because the food and coffee really are great, and the staff is always friendly. But the slow service really kills it, and has caused me to leave multiple times.

First time here since I just moved to the area from Coeur d’alene, and I have to say I’ll be here more often. coffee and breakfast items were made perfectly, friendly staff and good conversation to start my day. Plus deals thru the week like BOGO and happy hours. :)

I do enjoy BiggyBy's food and beverages, and I have been coming here since they opened. I always appreciate when I ask for a latte they make it exactly the way I like it. Now the only thing is I have came here 3 different occasions and they are not opened until 9 pm. I came to pick something up today at 7 pm and still not open, which is a waste of gas for me. If you can please replace your Google hours so that way I don't continue committing the drive that way during closed hours would be much appreciative:)

The older man who works here should be setting an example for the others who work here. They ask your name when you order, so as I pulled up the window was open and I could hear him speaking my name and in a demeaning tone say unprofessional and condescending things about me to the other employees as they were making my order. I was uncomfortable. I felt belittled.
You can tell a great spot by the flavor of their Americano - there's no way to hide bad beans. So, I ordered one and was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the coffee (not bitter and overcooked like Starbucks). Just good quality coffee, fast service & super-friendly staff (kind and conciliatory allowing me to order sweetened almond milk on the side - to add after judging the plain-coffee beans). Breakfast bagel was hot, fresh & delicious. Glad to have found this little spot here in Meridian (just west of Eagle Rd). Will definitely return to check out their full menu! Biggby is our favorite place to get chai teas. They are a little more on the spendy side so we tend to not go unless there is a coupon. The employees are great. Super friendly.
