I do enjoy BiggyBy's food and beverages, and I have been coming here since they opened. I always appreciate when I ask for a latte they make it exactly the way I like it. Now the only thing is I have came here 3 different occasions and they are not opened until 9 pm. I came to pick something up today at 7 pm and still not open, which is a waste of gas for me. If you can please replace your Google hours so that way I don't continue committing the drive that way during closed hours would be much appreciative:)

The older man who works here should be setting an example for the others who work here. They ask your name when you order, so as I pulled up the window was open and I could hear him speaking my name and in a demeaning tone say unprofessional and condescending things about me to the other employees as they were making my order. I was uncomfortable. I felt belittled.

You can tell a great spot by the flavor of their Americano - there's no way to hide bad beans. So, I ordered one and was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the coffee (not bitter and overcooked like Starbucks). Just good quality coffee, fast service & super-friendly staff (kind and conciliatory allowing me to order sweetened almond milk on the side - to add after judging the plain-coffee beans). Breakfast bagel was hot, fresh & delicious. Glad to have found this little spot here in Meridian (just west of Eagle Rd). Will definitely return to check out their full menu! Biggby is our favorite place to get chai teas. They are a little more on the spendy side so we tend to not go unless there is a coupon. The employees are great. Super friendly.

It's pretty good coffee, not amazing but it's good. The food is okay. Friendly staff but the service time can be atrocious. Twice, 30 minutes in a short line. Most visits it's like 3-4 minutes longer than you'd expect but sometimes it's wildly off.

We go there, expecting to try someplace new. We were looking forward to having some new boba drinks. We order the boba drinks, we received the drinks... But where's the boba? We turn the car around and walk up to the window and are told they were out of boba. Did they mention this when we ordered the drinks? No. Did they put a sign on the menu stating they were out of boba? Also no. They had no problem putting a sign on the breakfast sandwiches saying they were out of chorizo, but nothing about their lack of boba. Did we get an apology? Absolutely not. We got told we weren't charged for boba. Was this true? I'm not sure, never got a receipt.

Came in today and had to wait in line for almost an hour, that's a bit ridiculous given the fact that it's a coffee house that should be reletively quick for what they do I've seen lines longer at other coffee shops and even in-N-out that have gotten through quicker then we did today. Get more staff, open another location or learn to speed up your service a bit. Price was a bit outrageous for a fast food, microwaved bagel.

The drinks were DELICIOUS!!! Food wasn’t great. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because the coffee is a bit too hot. I accidentally spilled my coffee on me and got burnt pretty good. Just be careful is all I’m saying. But the coffee was delicious and I will be back lol burn scar and all.
