The franchise owner will not honor corporate coupons. I had a 50% off coupon through their email list and went to get myself a coffee and a muffin for my daughter since I was going to pay less for my coffee, only to be told that what I had was a “corporate coupon they don’t honor.” I have never encountered that with a business in town before. It feels misleading as the coupons don’t have fine print and I have had these emailed deals accepted before… maybe it is a recent decision, but it isn’t good.The coffee is also very underwhelming the last couple of times I have gone and I keep giving them a chance, but after this experience I am giving up. Go to Dutch Bros down the street instead for better coffee and not to be tricked to visit them and paying full price.

Not only is the food and drinks amazing, but biggyby help support teachers as well. I just love the kindness and giving back. Biggyby has donated to our school for special events like teachers back to school breakfast and Christmas breakfast. Thank you again for the support you have given. I had a coconut cream hot latte and it was delicious. Husband had an iced coffee and it was a little bitter. Overall was a good coffee.

Sent my son to get a drink and they gave him inedible liquid that was so disgusting, he went to get a different drink and the second one was even worse , he used to love this place and insisted to go back at third time they said you need to pay if you want to change your drink, both times he went back with the clear full drinks and it was obvious he couldn’t drink it, worst customer service, worst coffee, just because your customer is a child you can’t serve him gross drink that is not edible, will never come back???

Biggby Coffee is by far the best coffee in the treasure valley & I'd venture to say even beyond that. PJ the owner makes every guests visit personalized and special. Jeffery and Jasmine are excellent as well and are so charismatic. Those 3 are what coffee dreams are made of. I'm so glad I started coming here. Ps. PJ makes great videos that will definitely make you smile.

Lady running the drive thru (Kim I think was her name) was extremely rude and was talking over me the entire time I was ordering. I was ordering for my wife and I'm assuming I didn't say the combination of words in the correct order. Everytime I would begin to talk she would talk over me and wouldn't let me speak.
