We've really enjoyed picking up capos in the past but have been disappointed in recent months regarding your quality. Most times we see different baristas that don't seem to be trained well. You guys have the best espresso around but the actual finished product need some major improvement. Your espresso drinks are one of most expensive in town - willing to pay but not with what we've received the past few months. Willing to share more.

Ordered a medium London Fog half sweet. When my drink arrived it tasted pretty much like warmed milk. The drink was also not tinted like it had tea in it with no tea bag left in drink to infuse. I went to counter to tell the employee and I asked if I could just have another tea bag to infuse while I sat with my friends. Employee conferred with another gal who just told her to charge me for another drink. I declined the extra charge of $5 for a single tea bag and was left disappointed with my warm milk and no offer to make it right.

Place is beautiful unfortunately drinks aren’t the best both times I went the second time I actually asked them to remake something and they still tried to charge me so I just left my full drink there after spending $25 plus tip.

I went through the drive through today and had a very unpleasant experience. it took 25 minutes to get through the line with only 2 cars in front of me which I think is ridiculous but when I got up to the window the gal working told me my card declined, which I thought was weird especially considering I have my money up and not my funny up. I transferred additional money into my account even though there was money already there just for it to decline again. The girl working made me feel stupid because she just told me sorry about that and to have a good day but I have money. It was clearly a problem on your guys end. My friends also went through your drive through today and had issues and it took forever so it might just be your staff working today or something. I do have to say I went to starbucks immediately after this, my card didn’t decline and I had a much better experience.
Ordered a egg bacon burrito and a chocolatemuffin, unfortunately it was not worth the money, the outside of the burrito was super hard and the inside was barely warm, there were green chillies, no potatoes it was mushy, NO bacon, and spicy. None of that was listed on the menu. Would have been nice to know what was actually in side of it. The chocolate muffin was not a muffin it was more like wet cake. I was confused because I thought maybe it was supposed to have a cream in the middle or something. But it was just wet and sticky and filled with a clump of sugar grains. I don't recommend either. 😞

Really like Black Rock Coffee—a lot. The drinks are consistently great, especially the iced fuel drinks and flavored lattes. The vibe is chill, the music’s good, and the baristas are always friendly without being over the top. It’s a nice balance between energy and laid-back service. Drive-thru is fast, and they actually get my order right every time. The quality’s there, and it feels like they care about the details. Definitely one of my favorite stops for a solid coffee fix.

I love it here! All the employees are so kind. The drinks and food are great! And the wait isn't too long. Just sometimes there's only one person working there and it can take a little bit longer but thats usually only in the afternoon! I highly recommend this place!

If you’re looking to grab a quick coffee this is not the place. If I could just give Logan 5 stars I would. Poor kid was running around with his head cut off. Him being the only one working running drive through and the front this kid did it with the best attitude and smile on his face. Constantly apologizing for the wait that is not his fault. I wish he would’ve given the opportunity to tip him. I asked if he was overwhelmed and he said his perseverance was kicking in. Such a Winning attitude in a poor short staffed environment. I was 3 cars behind the window and a line of cars behind me. I waited far too long over twenty minutes for two drinks. Coffee is yummy, awesome staff just so short staffed. Avoid at all cost if you are on a time crunch. This isn’t a first experience for me unfortunately. There is always one employee in there overwhelmed and overworked. Such a staple and must try spot otherwise.

I absolutely love black rock fuels! I have been to this location about 6 times recently and each time something is wrong or takes foreverrrr.. I paid for a small and received a kids drink, I’ve asked for ice and received frozen, we ordered a German chocolate mocha and received a black drip coffee. We brought it home and put our own syrup. It honestly feels like everyone there is lost. Maybe there should train with the girls at the Fairview and Eagle location. They are all SO good and quick. When I came to the chinden location a few weeks ago the line was moving so fast it shocked me because that never happens here. When I got to the window it was two of the girls from the Fairview location.
