Walked there on our lunch break to get tea, almost 1 pm on a weekday, and were told that they are upgrading their computer system and cannot serve us. We said that we’ll pay cash and they would not take it either. I feel that any business in a customer service industry should not be upgrading the system in the middle of a work day and if they are, should have a plan on how to serve their customers. Will not be going back.

I go to this black rock EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The customer service experience I had there this morning was UNREAL. I gave the batista my card she ran it. She said it wasn't working, not a problem I gave her another one. She said that was not working. I gave her a 100 dollar bill. She proceeds to come back and tell me that my 100 dollar was not real. I JUST got that bill at my bank the previous day. The way she acted, was as if I was doing something shady. There was plenty of money on both cards and my money was just fine. I CANNOT BELIEVE the way I was treated. I will never go here again.

Unfortunately they do not have the milk measurements down at this location. I order a 16oz hot latte and consistently it is two inches below the line by the time the foam settles. Anyone who knows coffee knows there will always be a small amount of foam. Not two inches. It makes it a rip off. Also when I have asked for no foam I am met with a distasteful attitude. PLEASE train your employees to use the correct measurements. No one wants to be ripped off of an already expensive coffee…

Just a customer recommendation.Had a strange experience, have previously ordered a kiddy cup with whip cream. My daughter loves getting her “coffee” (whip cream), anyway coffee store employee said they could not do that, they could give me a lid with whip cream and that manager had instructed they could not give me a kiddy cup with whip cream. I requested if I could purchase a cup, or pay for the whip cream, and they could not. Mind you a toddler with a lid and whip cream would not be ideal in a car. We also always never want our whip cream in our coffee. I am not asking for this for free, just recommending that you should offer some options like this for customers. Human Bean, Flying M, Alchemist, Dutch Bros and Starbucks coffee shops offer this.
