The last 2 times i have gone the lid on my iced coffee was not on all the way and spilled in my car without a sip. The barista spilled my drink and had to remake it because of a lid falling off and the same thing happened to me. Seems like the lids aren’t fitting the cups.

I was not happy with the cost of a small cold brew, which was $5.78. It excessive for just a simple coffee. Also, they had about 10 people working there, but everyone kept saying they would be with me in a second. I understand they are busy, but I was waiting there for quite a while before anyone finally came up to take my simple order of a small cold brew. Also, the girl who took my order seemed to be annoyed that I was interfering with something else more important than she was doing. The place was clean, but that’s about it. I will not be a customer at Blackrock anymore due to the overpriced coffee, as well as the lack of customer service. There are plenty of other coffee shops around

Not sure if I’d try this place out again. The service was okay, I felt like I was bothering the associate who rang up my order. The location was clean and it was a beautiful day to just sit outside and enjoy my drink. Nothing special in terms of the drinks though. Felt like I could have made a better coffee at home.

Excellent service and amazing tasting coffee and other drinks, great selection.
Attempted to use my gift card. Was told they no longer accept my gift card as the transitioned system to a new gift card. This is in violation of federal law. When following up with corporate, I noticed their location is not in the system whereas other nearby locations were. I would avoid this eagle and victory location based on principle, lack of empathy or willingness to provide a solution.

I have had Black Rock Coffee in both Oregon and Washington before and every time the Blackout is amazing! It’s good iced, blended or hot. Today, I had an iced one paired with a cream cheese Asiago bagel. Although, my bagel wasn’t as warm as I would have liked the flavor was great! I will definitely be getting their coffee again.
