Most days when I go, they are fast and friendly. Now and again, you get someone whos not all there & service is slow. Overall, I'm happy with Blaze and the price point.

Is quite possibly the worst blaze ever. Consistently slow when there is only 2 people in line and will prioritze mobile orders over people in line.. Usually 30 or more mins for 1 pizza with 1 or 2 people in store. Tonight i went in. A husband and wife in front of me, we are the only 3 people. They ask them what they want, build your owns of course.....then they proceed to make them wait while they do 6 to go orders in front of them. We're all just standing there watching. And even talking about how this is a normal occurrence. At this point im next in line, not a hi or I'll be with you soon. 15 mins of standing there waiting. I decided I didn't need pizza. Went to noodle and co. Got my food in under 10 mins and they were still waiting in line for their pizzas to be made. Lol what a joke. After reading the comments, it seems like over 20 comments in the last 6 months have mentioned the same exact thing.So obviously management doesn't care to fix the issue. Skip this place and go to MOD..

UPDATE: The franchise owner made this right, it took 10 months, but im a 'better late than never' kinda girl, so all is good. 😊
They double charged us $70 & never refunded me! If I could give a zero I would. SIX months ago my family went to the blaze at the village to celebrate my son's first paycheck. I put my card in & it said it didn't accept it, so my son put his card in, also said it wasn't accepted. The employee said it was a POS glitch & they'd figure it out asap. By the time we got our food, we were both notified on our phones that we had both been charged. The manager came out & promised to fix it. We have gone back every couple of months to talk with a manager & have been told it had happened to multiple people & that the POS company should be fixing it. SIX months!? At this point he manager &/or owner should have given us a gift card at VERY least! We used to go to this location multiple times per month, but will obviously NEVER go back.

Just do yourself a favor and never come here…their employee guy with the curly hair was throwing a fit over making pizza and his boss telling him to take deep breathes and then having to wait 45 minutes once we got there when our food was supposed to be done.

Luckily she refunded us and gave us a coupon….think I’ll give it to the next person who annoys me.

But even though the food was free…we had to toss it. Cold as ice.

We arrived about 1:40 with one family ahead of us. We were greeted by Aiden (named after the boy in the ring, can't spell or write ledgibly) and a girl with blue braids, mostly pulled back but with a few over her shoulder.

Aiden made my pizza, but didn't know what goes on a Red Vine and I had to stop him for putting on regular cheese. The final straw was the black withered basil.

My daughter's Simple pie was correct. Braid girl did not know how to handle cash. Ethan (wearing earbuds and cooking pizzas...but making pizzas for his friends had to help her).

While we waited for our pizza we listened to a very loud conversation with Ethan and his friends about Men's Wearhouse and how he hopes to be fired. All the pizzas in the group ahead of us were wrong...

Our pizzas stayed in the oven while those pizzas were fixed. My Red Vine was a cracker crust that never rose. The Simple pie was blackened on the bottom but still edible.

Worst Blaze experience ever.

The management of this location continues to understaff this one and allow online orders to be taken when they have 2-3 staff working which is not fair to the staff or the customers. They should disable their online orders when they are short staffed it is not fair to all involved. Customer service should be their main priority. Waited 40 min for our online order to be made as we watched the orders of all the In Store patrons be made before the online phoned in orders due to lack of staff and management.

Honestly I’ve been looking forward to this ā€œcheat mealā€ all week and we ordered our food twice and it was wrong both times. We had a build your own and first they sent half pizzas with 4 pieces of tiny cubes of chicken. We sent in the app to please remake the pizzas and even the second time it was literally dough with 7 tiny squares this time and missing half of the ingredients listed. I’m disappointed that I got just dough with sauce. I normally love blaze but this was such a bummer we ended up having to just make dinner.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at blaze pizza, i have been many of time and have never had a worst experience then this. Me and my family went around 8:30 on June 9 for dinner and we went there because I haven’t been in that location so long. As soon as we got there the girl there who immediately got upset taht we where there because I guess they closed at 9, which we didn’t know about. We apologized but said we still want to order because it was only 30 mins. She got upset but still took out orders. I will say here the rest of the staff was very kind and helped use make our pizzas and everything but when we where ordering we asked to get drinks and she huffed and again started to complain about how we came in close to closing and how we ruined her day. Which was shocking because I have worked at a pizza place before and had never once talked to someone like that. We didn’t know what to say so we didn’t say anything. And I wish this was the end but it wasn’t. After that we had to wait even longer for them to put the pizzas in (10 ish). When they started to cook it another family came in and the same lady who was complaining was cooking the pizzas and throwing the pizzas around and not into any piles. Then she dropped one of our pizzas and when we ask to make a new one she got annoyed we even asked for a new one after she dropped the pizza. Luckily we got a new one and the man who made it was very very kind about it. I wish this was the end but it sadly isn’t. After taht she basically threw a couple pizza boxes at use and said it was ours. To note we got 3 pizzas. After this we went outside to eat and wait for our last pizza. I went back inside to check on my pizza and then she got made at use accusing use of grading the wrong pizzas she gave use. So I get back gab the pizzas and 2 of them where mine she gave use the 3 one for no reason. Then she gave me my pizza and she got annoyed that I ask to add bbq and arugula on my pizza. The pizza was horrid. It was under cooked and barely cooked (it was still raw, raw enough the cheese wouldn’t even stay on). We didn’t notice u til we went outside. When I tried to go in to asks her about it because it was under done she immediately locked the doors so no one could enter. It was not even 5 mins after 9.it was a horrid experience and I would go to any location but this one. It is not worth your time. I have worked in pizza a couple of years and was the one cooking the pizzas and I have never treated anyone like this because of closing coming up.

I came in around 8:30 with my family and the second that we came there was this girl with brown hair who was extremely rude. she was openly rude to our faces and making comments about us to her co workers acting like we couldn’t hear her. They then dropped our pizza on the ground and yelled at us for it. she then handed us a wrong order with our names on it and yelled at us for it. not to mention one of the pizzas where raw and not even cut we had to do it ourselves. she was openly hostile and yelled at us at the register. everyone ealse was very sweet expecally Kayla and Dex. would not recommend this location to friends
