Super dirty. Make your pizza with dirty hands after handling money and touching thier register and faces. They also suck at cutting pizza. They just trace the slices but won't actually slice them. None of thier lemonades or ice teas were made. Did I already mention that it was dirty. No trash cans visible to throw your trash either.

This location has been on a decline. Pizza tasted fine. The restaurant was dirty, garbage cans were full, tables not cleaned off between customers, the floor needed to be swept , and the bathroom was dirty. My kids like it, I’d much rather go elsewhere that’s cleaner.

So let me start by saying I love blaze the owner is super cool guy. Have had some experiences in the past that weren’t the best but I took it as they where new kids learning to cook some pizza and just overcooked them. Today the pizza was on point I ordered at the register the young man took my order I said I would like a two topping he told me no problem got to pay with Jordan she informed me that it was a build your own bc I did half and halfOk please let me know that upfront mind you I asked at the register. If I was doing a build ur own I would have loaded it up with toppings. All in all pizza is still good but come on Jordan read your customer and if you want to loss one for a couple bucks seems like bad business to me.
I ordered here because they have good gluten free pizza. Order said it would be ready at 11:30 and wasn’t ready until 12. Someone who placed their order after me got theirs before me. Please make sure your employees are checking order times and ready times in the tickets so that they actually make them in the proper order. I’ve worked in retail. The only explanation is that since they were dead, they were fooling around and didn’t see the online order tickets coming in, so naturally they started rushing to complete them and made them out of order. I ordered for my husband from a pizza place close to our home and I would have had time to get his pizza, got back home, drive here and STILL would have ended up waiting 10-15 minutes.

This location has been steadily going downhill. Never will be back now. 20 minutes in line, and there were only 4 people total! (2 couples) in line. The slob of a manager wandering around, totally unconcerned. One poor guy trying to keep everything going. Then the pizzas sat on the rack another 6 minutes while I stood at the register. Come on guys. What’s going on?
