Although a long standing sub shop, Blimpie is still one of the top sandwich places. The meat is sliced fresh any thickness you desire, and the bread is soft and fresh. And unlike any other sub shop, they use fresh shaved lettuce which makes a 100% difference in the sandwich texture and taste. Better than Jersey Mikes or Firehouse Subs. If you haven't had a Blimpie, give it a try.
Ordered a turkey and provolone the Blimpie way plus mayonnaise and pickles on a salsa wrap. It was the best blimpie wrap I have ever had! The ladies were professional, courteous, helpful and everything was cold and fresh tasting! Was delicious and hit the spot. Never had been to a Blimpie. Initially I had gone across the street to the other sub shop because I had been there before. They had 2 people ahead of me still to order. They were so slow. Was in a hurry so thought I would give Blimpie a try. Glad I did. Went on drive thru. Order a turkey club. Person taking order was pleasant and helpful answering my questions.
