DISGUSTING! Staff was friendly. But placed smelled like a dumpster. I think it was the Tallow oil. The wygu burger tatted like the fry oil and my fries were yellow and soggy after I asked for red and crispy. They need to close down.

Seriously, BFC called these purple fries? They mixed up our burgers. Didn't put any aoili on them and instead of spring mix lettuce we were given regular lettuce. The fries I believe are actually food died. Never again. This isn't the first time with them goofing everything up but it will definitely be the last

Place is usually excellent when the owner is here. Today service was great, fries good but not burgers. We asked for medium and got well done. Buns were cold and stale too unfortunately. Love BFC but inconsistent at times like this

My son loves bison burgers so we tried this place on a roadtrip and enjoyed it. Burgers were fresh and tasty. Standard Fries were good but we didn’t love the skinny cut red potato fries. Tons of sauces and seasonings to try which added to the experience. Prices were high but food quality was good. Overall, would recommend.

Worst hamburger I have ever eaten. They cooked the meat to appoint it was burnt. I would rather eat a McDonald's hamburger then eat here again. Not sure how you get a 4 3 star food is gross. Fry's were so soggy and greasy.
the bathrooms were both GROSS. food was good. i had the chicken sandwich with truffle russet fries. no complaints about the food, but the bathrooms were so nasty! I had to come leave a review in hopes management will do something about it. we were the only customers there with several employees standing around. (if ya got time to lean, ya got time to clean- you would think)
