Pretty good bison burger. The bun was toasted well. Very moist patty. Patty was well done.Brussel sprouts fried! Really good, but I would have chosen a mustard sauce instead.

BFC! Always serving up some of the best burgers and unique fries in the treasure valley! This is a very tight, small location and seating is limited. However, everything is always on point and beyond delicious! Don't be fooled, prices are higher but this is absolutely top quality, especially the Bison burger! Service is quick and staff are nice ??Kid-friendliness: Burgers and Fries, how could this not be kid friendly? Our kids love BFC

Fries were cold, tasteless and soggy...Let me say it again. The FRIES (BFry!Co)were cold, tasteless and soggy!On the other hand the fungus [sic?] burger was good.There was a whining child that didn't help the experience.The place wasn't really busy. The employees were courteous.

The food was amazing! Very filling! I actually had some leftover to take home. That's how filling it was! The place was very clean and well put together. the sauces you could literally eat by themselves. I really hope one day they sell the sauces individually so I can use them at home.. assistant manager, Rob was very kind he had a lot of information pertaining to the ingredients . all I had to tell him what I was craving and he formed a perfect meal off the menu. hands-down, one of the best burger fry joints we've been to on the West Coast!!!

Amazing service!!! I felt like I was eating with family!! it was our first time coming so we weren't sure what to get. However, Rob the assistant manager (who by the way was also on the grill and cash register )was so patient and knowledgeable about the flavors and the source of the ingredients ..he took pride in his work as well as the atmosphere to ensure everybody was satisfied with their meal. absolutely incredible ambiance at this location..10/10 would recommend!!!

Such a unique place, defiantly worth a visit to try all the different frys, burgers are good but prices are a bit high
Our family struggles to find safe places to eat. 2 of us have celiac disease and 4 of the 5 of us have a variety of different grain allergies. Rob and his crew took extra special care to clean the grill & change gloves before preparing our food, doing everything they could to avoid cross contamination. They were very helpful and forth coming with all the ingredients in everything they serve. They make many menu items from scratch in house. Which was so helpful allergies wise but also tasted delicious. My allergy alert service dog cleared the food. ( He can smell less than 20 parts per million of contamination).The French fries are fried in a dedicated fryer with sunflower oil so we ordered one of each type of fry to try. Our 2 favorite were the curly fries and purple potato fries. The burgers were great too. Rob and the crew at Boise Fry Co. went above and beyond to provide my family a safe and delicious dinner. We look forward to eating here again. One of the best experiences we have ever had dinning out! Please don't be scared off by the other negative reviews. Give them a chance.

Food is good, but not worth the wait on a Friday night. Our wait time was 50 mins from time of ordering till time of receiving our food, with only two plates. There were many customers standing and waiting for their food and grumpy. I recommend not coming when they are busy.

My friend and I went for lunch. She had never been there before. I told them I wasn’t really very hungry, and they offered me the kids burger with a small fry. She ended up doing the same thing. It was the perfect portion size, and we both will be back.
