Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Came here from out of state on the way to a friend’s wedding and I was violently ill at the wedding.

How is it possible a restaurant called Boise Fry Company can run out of fries?!

Sadly we had a negative experience. The dining area was dirty, sticky tables and gross floors. Three employees that seemed totally inexperienced, although one employee was friendly and personable.. Fries were cold, a milkshake delivered near the end of the meal. To top it off, lost money in the pinball machine and the girls at the ice cream place next to the grill wouldn't give us 4 quarters for a dollar. We watched them eat ice cream during all this. I like this place but it isn't managed well and won't return for awhile.

Food was not what I expected. I ordered the yukon potato fries thick cut and they were shoe string. Not a fan. The sandwich I ordered.was on a upside down bun insread of bread. Not a fan.

Burgers was over cooked and overly salted fries so disappointed and the price I paid

The thick fries were pretty good. It's nothing to write home about. We also had the gelato, and it was just ok as well. To be fair, I am more of an ice cream person.

This place has gone way downhill from what it used to be. The burgers are wayy smaller than what they used to serve, the fries were soggy, and the prices have gone up significantly which is not reflective of the quality of food you will receive here. I cannot recommend this location as a good place to get a well priced tasty burger meal.

Born and raised in Boise. BFC has decent food, but fair warning, the Kids Burger is the size of your thumbnail. It’s surprisingly tiny.

Boise Fry company has made a clear effort to improve their food over the last few years. I have consistently been impressed with their burgers and with their fries and with the hospitality of their staff. Not only is a great to go to a place that serves relatively local food options, it's also great to go to a place that clearly seems to enjoy what they do.

The burger was cooked perfectly. You can choose your fry. Reds, golden, russet, or sweet. I would definitely eat here again. I got a grilled cheese for my grandson with shoe string golds. Delicious.
