Bruchi's Cheesesteaks & Burgers

I've been going to Bruchi's Deli for cheesesteaks for years. Today, I took my son for his first visit. The 7" cheesesteaks have gotten so tiny, my son laughed at his "breadstick" sized sandwich. Not worth the $8.65 ea. $2.75 for a medium soda was tolerable, but getting charged $2.75 for a cup of water isn't cool. Today was my last visit to Bruchi's.

I am a part time food delivery driver. I was picking up an order from this location. I waited 30 minutes for the food past the scheduled pick up time. While I was waiting I observed some disturbing things. The line to order continued to grow and the chef yelled out to everyone it would be at least 30 minutes to get their food. A father and daughter that were seated when I got there waiting for their food were still waiting for their order after I had been there for about 25 minutes. The dad finally came up to the counter to see what was going on, the chef rudely yelled out to him "like I said it will be at least 30 minutes to get your food, you can wait or get a refund." Many people started to leave, those who came up to the counter to ask for something had to wait several minutes just to get someone to attend to them because there was no one at the counter. Very poorly ran restaurant!

Our family loved going here when it was under different ownership. Went on 10/15 at 11:20am and it took 35 minutes for two sandwiches. There was no one in front of us. Sandwiches cost more and are smaller. Unless things change, this place is going to struggle.

When I go to a place to eat, I shouldn’t have to wait or pull teeth from the people trying to help me. I also shouldn’t have to wait on a mess up when I’m sitting with my partner for 45 minutes with one sandwich while expressing that we’re missing one and I shouldn’t have to check on it in the 45 minutes with my sandwich in the window dying. I understand having a day, but that is not okay. Completely disappointed and a little enraged.

Came here, ordered a sandwich, allergic to onions, they brought me a sandwich with onions, i gave them the sandwich back. 26 minutes later, they forgot to make my sandwich. Went back up to the counter to ask where my food was and everyone was confused. None of these people here have any business working here. To top it off we were the only people eating here so how they forgot is beyond me.

Love Bruchis, super delicious, but someone tell the emo homie with the long curly hair to tie it up when making food.

Taste great but plan on waiting 1 hour just for 3 sandwiches, and drive off to realize they got your order wrong! That alone makes me not want to go back. $13 a sandwich, we deserve great service for that price.

The floors were really dirty. Which is a shame. Makes you wonder how clean is the kitchen?

I've tried to visit this place (I use to love) five times in the last two months. No bread, no answer, no answer, and turned away due to no supplies. Took 25 minutes the one time I did end up getting food and it wasnt even correct. I don't know if I'm the most unlucky person or if this place is dropping off this hard. I won't return now I've lost hope in them.

Staff here was awesome. They made the best steak salad on my request. Definitely delicious.

It was a complete train wreck. The staff was clueless and there was no management on site. Ordered two sandwiches both were wrong. One was 6" instead of 12". The other was 13" with extra meat and cheese, it had no extra anything the bread was two separate od shaped and sized pieces. Ordered two large drinks went to fill or cups and there were no lids. The clerk was like "OH yeah we don't have any lids" after several minutes of trying to iron out a solution with the lid because we were taking out they finally gave us 4 medium cups. What a joke. The place used to be great under the old ownership this new guy not so much. I contacted him by email to advise of the nightmare going on in his establishment with no response. The place was dirty and tables needed to be bussed. The whole place needed a good wipe down with sanitizer. The bathrooms were disgusting with urine everywhere and trash cans over flowing. I'm sure they would probably gotten a D or F on a health inspection. It's really sad because it used to be a great place.

Was just there when some lady was being belligerent about something completely out of the employees control, she was yelling at them and calling them names, refusing to leave. I hope the young employees she was harassing are ok… good food ?
