The kind General Manager of Bruchi's personally dropped off a package that accidentally got delivered to her place instead of ours. Really appreciate it — thanks for being such an awesome neighbor!

One of the best smash burgers we’ve ever had. They raised the bar on taste and quality.

The big dude with the beard and glasses seriously needs to learn how to change gloves and wash his hands. In my time there I watched him eat fries from peoples orders before handing them out. Pull out his phone multiple times to text someone. Not once did I see him change his gloves or wash his hands after doing this. Also why is he not wearing a beard net??? His beard is so long that he should be. Seriously one of the most unsanitary fast food places I’ve been in recently

I came in just the other day. This woman in a pink shirt was so rude. Wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying before asking me another question. Also kept yelling at other employees to stay at their stations whatever that meant. I won’t be coming back here again. I’ve tried this place multiple times and each time the customer service and attitude of that woman ruins it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I visited today after seeing a post on Boise Food Finds. The food was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend the environment. The manager was openly promoting an OnlyFans account while customers were dining, which made the experience uncomfortable. When I checked the post again, I realized the manager was the one who had shared it, so there wasn’t anyone else to address the concern with. Overall, it made me uncomfortable returning to eat here.

every time I hit Bruchi’s for a cheesesteak, it feels like I’m getting a little slice of Philly without having to hop on a plane. The way they stack the meat, the perfect melt on the cheese, that soft but toasty roll it all hits exactly the way a real cheesesteak is supposed to. There’s this comfort to it, like something familiar you grew up with, i feel like the food critic from ratatouille when he eats the ratatouille and gets hit with nostalgia, and every bite brings back the vibe of grabbing a late night cheesesteak on a cold East Coast night. It’s not just food, it’s the feeling of home, the kind of spot you keep coming back to because it never misses. The service is quick, the portions are legit, and the flavor always slaps. Five stars easy, not even a debate—Bruchi’s really does it right.

The place was filthy and disgusting especially the bathrooms. All the tables were dirty the floor was disgusting and I looked in the back in the kitchen and there was a piece of meat on the ground and they were just walking around it ignoring it, they have young kids running this place and no management this place needs to be completely cleaned and sanitized. The sandwiches were barely mediocre at best I will never go back again unless they clean up their act because I don't want to risk getting sick from the dirty booths and bathroom and typically when the place is dirty the food can be unsanitary as well and risk getting food poisoning. Seems that the management or ownership doesn't care.

The food and the customer service is great! But the water is terrible… there is no filter on the water and it tastes awful. It’d be great if the management could pony up a few bucks to make the water taste better. I’m sure it’s what they wash and prepare their food with, so it will help with everything all around.

The food was fresh and delicious! I had a Philly chicken sandwich , the best I’ve ever eaten! My server, Lela, made sure I was taken care of during my visit. Try their ice cream it’s very affordable

Very bad experience tonight. Preordered food for pick up at 5pm. Food was not ready until about 6pm. We had to wait the whole time. We go to eat the food and find several items missing and all food was cold. Happened once before so we will not be back. Several other customers were very upset when we arrived to pick up our food.

If you haven’t yet, you should try Bruchi’s out! My first time eating here was in 2019 and the food is always excellent, consistent, and piping hot. My favorite cheesesteak sandwiches in town!

I’m so let down by Bruchi’s cheesesteak. I paid what you’d expect for a real cheesesteak, only to get a chopped sandwich that’s basically a burger stuffed in a sub roll. If I’d known it was this far from the authentic Philly deal—no thin-sliced ribeye, no griddle goodness—I wouldn’t have bothered. Save your cash and skip this one; it’s just not worth it.
