The sandwich’s tasted good but the service and the cleanliness of the place was terrible. Mold on prep stations, dirt above the food prep, urine everywhere in the bathroom and the service was non existent. Just young kids hanging out with their friends out of sight. I hate to be this person but it was bad. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Typically would give this a higher rating. Ordered 3 sandwiches for dine in. 2 -12 inches and 1-7 inch.Came out as two 7 inches and one 12 inch. No big deal except the kid tried to say they were the same even though clearly different. Then tried to say they had an issue with bread but there was extra meat in it (there wasn’t )Only way they finally agreed it was wrong was when we opened up the correct 7 inch and showed it was the same size (with meat) as the wrong one.Offered to just keep the 7 inch neck and make a second one to make up for it. They said (rightfully so) they will make a new one which took 20 more mins (wasn’t crowded).Store needs to do better. Train the team to be ok with making a mistake and fixing it without trying to sell the mistake.

Went to the drive thru at 7:39 on a Saturday night and when I got home and opened it looked like they gave me someone's leftovers. Taste was okay from what I was able to scrape up.

The drive-thru took 35 minutes and there was nobody in front of us the whole time. At 25 minutes we asked for a refund and they weren’t having it since one of the sandwiches was made. They quoted 5 minutes for the second sandwich and then took over 10 minutes for that one. Good was just ok. They got the order wrong and the fries were cold, big surprise after 35 minutes.

I used to enjoy the food here, but over the past several months, the quality has taken a nose dive into terrible. The last three times I've gone, it got steadily worse until this weekend I spent over $30 on a beef sandwich that had the outer inedible part of the onion clumsily sliced into it, and the worst fatty, gristly beef I've ever had. The other sandwich was terribly made, and they still got the 3 item order wrong after I repeated it 4 times at the drive-through and another 3 at the window. Between terrible service and the worst sandwiches I've ever been served, this place will never see another dime from me.I've heard from friends that ownership changed a few years ago, and the quality of the food has steadily gone down. I see that in the reviews as well. It seems the 5 stars are from 2 or more years ago.There are many restaurants that put in a good effort in exchange for your money. This place does not seem to be one of them anymore.

I came into the establishment and saw employees on their phones then making food without washing hands in between. I saw piles of food under counters and fridges. I also saw an employee touching their face and making food wearing the same gloves (scratching of nose and playing with hair mostly) then when tried to talk about with management i was met with very defensive attitude and dismissive as to “their recent heath inspection”.

On my second visit, I was the third person in line in the drive thru and after not moving for 15 minutes, I gave up and left without picking up my order. I love the food, but I hesitate to go here anymore due to the slow service.
