This location is horrible with getting food to go. People are on quick lunch breaks and even if you put an order ahead of time you’re still waiting for it and then they always forget napkins and silverware with the to go orders every single time.

Boyfriend had some points to use so we got some wings and the everything bagel bites. We forgot to get some of the hatch queso for the pretzels and so when we went in to get the food, I asked to get some. The kitchen manager, named Nathan, came out and just gave me the 8oz tub for free. The food was fresh, the queso was nice and fresh and hot, the wings were tender and hot. All in all an amazing lunch spot. No wait for assistance either.

Unfortunately, the poor food quality and disappointing service leave me with no choice but to rate this place two stars. There are far better chicken options nearby—Slim Chickens, Raising Cane’s, and Chick-fil-A all offer noticeably better quality. At this rate, I’d be surprised if this location is still open in six months.

Ordered a togo order about an hour early, they said it would be ready by 5:40 and ended up waiting way longer before they finally got it to me, I was on a tight schedule where I had 3 more places I had to pick up food from and everything else ended up being cold because Bdubs couldn't stick to their time unlike every other place I had to go to

Ordered food online with this location and was told us to pick up the order in 15. I checked in multiple times and it wasn’t ready. I ended up coming in and out of the restaurant three different times to see if our order was up. It was only boneless bites and a sandwich. At the 45 minute mark I went in a last time and stood at the front where employees walked by without acknowledging me waiting. After another 5 minutes of standing up front I walked back to the kitchen line door to stand and wait. The night manger on 11/8 came out and basically shrugged it off. After making it back to the car all the food was ice cold. We checked in multiple times and wasted 45 minutes while the food was most likely sitting under a heat lamp getting old and they still decided to serve it to us. Don’t get to gos with this location.

Was told it would be an hour wait as I’m staring at 15+ booths that are open and available however, the kitchen is too backed up to accommodate people? Management? Are you working on staffing?

Our server Garrett was awesome. And the atmosphere, well it's BWW so great. But the food was honestly trash. Super dry wings. The fries definitely sat under the heating lamp for a long time. Just very disappointing

Dont order pickup, Chicken wings that are dry, overcooked and overpriced hardly any sauce and overly greasy. Have also had dine in and other than great service the food is not great.

Some of the worst food we have had in the Treasure Valley. We had the chicken dippers. All crust and little chicken. We had fries that were over cooked, completely dried out. We will not return. Service from the wait staff was good.

Foods is always prepared well and hot. Service is always hit or miss. Seems like it takes a long time for staff to get tables flipped which creates a line at the door which can be difficult due to space constraints and families with littles.

I went to get takeout on October 4th at 5:30 pm and forgot to get fries so I went back in and bought some. Then the manager came out and accused me of stealing a candy jar that was on the counter I picked my food up from and she was so sure she saw me on the cameras even after I told her I didn’t take anything so she said she saw me on the camera again so I told her that I didn’t see a jar anywhere and I didn’t take it. She went back inside to check again and never came back out. What she accused me of caused me emotional distress, emotional damage, attacked, and unjustified. What’s worse is I feel utterly discriminated because of how I looked since I was the only Hispanic person next to 3 white men on their phones. Please be careful with that female manager because she doesn’t check the cameras right and blames you because she “checked the cameras” . This is the first and last time I go into that Buffalo Wild Wings.
