I Went Thru The Drive Thru On 12-31-25 And Ordered 2 Bacon And Swiss Royal Crispy Large Combos And A 8Pc Jalapeño Cheddar Bites And The Only Things That Were Right Was The Fries And The Drinks. Didn't Even Get The Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. Instead Of The Bacon And Swiss Royal Crispys We Got Regular Royal. Crispys. Tried To Call And Of Course No Answer. Other Then The Order Being Wrong The Guy Who Took Our Order Rang It In Correctly And Was Very Friendly. (Edit - The Buns Were Dry And Not Fresh At All)

I went in at 6:40 and they didn't even notice or start on my order until 15min later... the manager was arguing with his employees and the service overall was not good. The food did taste good however, but it still wasn't worth the wait.

Worst 19 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life, for a Texas whopper that was dryer than the Nevada desert! Large combo with little fries to spare like it’s the apocalypse, nuggets taste like rubber plus the ranch tasted like blended up maggots in a cup sweet and sour sauce tasting like lip injections. and to top it off a large water down sprite that’s 90% ice to build an igloo. This Burger King is more like the burger jester. I saw the 4.5 stars and thought it was gonna slap but not even the drunken munchies could save this special kind of slop. Too bad I wanted to like it but nope 19 dollars down the drain.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the word regular doesn't give you the price on the menu. That's an up charge for some reason. If you want the menu price you have to say small

Wow, I just stopped by to grab lunch really quickly, and the manager was helping at the speaker and she was so amazingly nice. She was totally giving her all for customer service, you gotta appreciate that. And of course I like their food and it came out super fast.

This Burger King is one of the better ones I have ever been to. Great customer service. Jane is so friendly at the pay window and the young girl at the food window was also very friendly. The food is always fresh and hot. I always use coupons here. Love!
