Absolutely shocked at the state of this place. We arrive as they were unlocking the doors (8 minutes late) and all the tables were so dirty we ended up wiping our own down. The bathrooms were also incredibly dirty, with one have either throw up or fecal matter on the seat. We couldn’t get any of the employee’s attention, with one of the girls having a meltdown crying and throwing her broom down in the back. Then, to top it all off, our food wasn’t warm because the soup warmers were working. I cannot warn you enough, don’t come here.

I love zupas , I often go to one in the village, today we came to this location and was extremely disappointed. The staff was so rude, not just to us but everyone in line. They were busy but very controlled , the service line ordering the food was very nice, once you got to the register the girl treated us and multiple customers like it was a hassle helping us. Once we sat down to eat, our soup was cold which is fine because I believe it’s an easy fix, went up to let them know we needed a new soup and she asks “well how long have you had it” as if we let it sit and get cold , maybe 2 minutes total at our table , she told the other girl at the drive through window and 2 more minutes went by and she comes back with it and it was hot so that was great, we realized we didn’t get any sauce for our chicken… not big deal we will just go back up and ask for some really quick, again treated as if we were not customers who just spent $25 dollars and waited patiently in line… for a long time too. As we started to eat I overheard a guy mention how rude they were when he asked for a to go bag and box , then another female came by and told her husband , don’t ask her for anything she literally just threw my cup and bag at me when I asked for one. In my opinion busy or not, customer service that represent an establishment should always have a smile and common courtesy , and if not smiling to at least be kind. Having customers is the point of being open and serving food. Everyone was so nice and patient in line, even with the minor issues to get to eat lunch for some of us. I hope they can find it in them to have a better attitude working in customer service . I’m going to stick with the village location.

When we opened the front door to enter I noticed how dirty it was, that should have been our clue to walk back out. The place is so dirty. It was difficult to find a semi clean table to eat at, all of the tables were dirty. The floors were dirty with garbage on it. One of the drinks was out in their speciality drinks. Only 1 person making all of the sandwiches. We were the only ones in line and we still had to wait several minutes to be helped because he was the only one making drive through orders and in house orders. Our food had been skimped on. I could count how many potatoes were in my potato soup. It was just broth. My sandwich didn’t have much pesto on it. We won’t be returning to this location, it clearly isn’t being managed well and I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen looks with how the lobby looked.

A big deal was made out of my asking a young man to please change his gloves after he ran his gloved hands down his dirty shirt and jeans. My concern is for sanitation and the lack of hand washing and glove change out when staff members touch food, personal clothes, then food, then money, and surfaces near them then back to food. Hand washing only happened after I said something, and even then the others did not wash their hands or change their gloves

I love zupas and don’t ever have an issue with them. I understand that they were busy and I didn’t mind waiting. I asked for two of the strawberry and chocolate cups. The girl that helped me at checked is the one that got my cups ready. Well she cut the strawberry’s right at the checkout stand. Right where people put their hands and money passes. I don’t know how often it gets wiped down right there. I know they’re are designated areas to cut food items. It bothered me that she did it in an un-sanitized area. I realize everyone else was busy but I feel like she could have taken a couple of minutes to cut the strawberries where she’s supposed to. I didn’t want to be that person and call her out. I should have said something but I was too nice. I’m not sure that I’ll go back to this location. It felt like everything was rushed at checkout as I was still trying to get desserts.
Great fresh food as always, and this visit was extra good. Not only do they have a delicious apple crisp refresher on with their mocktails, but the girl working the register, Bella, was extra kind and helpful with the order and using their rewards program. Love that this place hires excellent people like her!

I just wanted to leave this 5-star review to thank Jacob! He gave us outstanding customer service he was patient, kind, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. It was a pleasure eating at this Zupas; I honestly haven’t experienced customer service this good in a long time. Jacob gives me hope that there are still people who truly enjoy their jobs and care about providing a great experience.

I’m gonna preference this with I understand being busy because you have a school field trip suddenly at your restaurant and are abnormally busy. But when a customer sits in the drive thru for an hour and then is told at the window to park and wait. You should tell them how long that wait is so they can just cancel at the window. Sat in the parking lot for another 10 minutes before going in and having to either get my food or leave because my entire lunch break has expired.

The food is pretty good but the Dining room and restrooms are GROSS!!!!!!
AND THE DRIVE THRU WILL MAKE YOU WAIT NO LESS THEN 30 MINUTES.......
Currently in line for 22 minutes with 3 cars in front of me and like 4 behind me for a strawberry cup.
