I've now been to this location 3 times, and each time, the strawberry chicken salad was fresh and tasted great. This last time, I ordered the turkey and cranberry sandwich, and it was delicious. The only reason that they get 3 stars instead of 5 is that horrible touch screen in the drive-thru... The girl in front of me in line, couldn't figure out what she was doing and took nearly 10 minutes to order, while I sat there trying to grasp what absolute knucklehead dreamt...

look at the picture of the BBQ Brisket sandwich and then order one and see what it looks like 🤣🤣🤣 pathetic portions. I was so ready to devour a giant sandwich, this thing ended up being so tiny. also y'all gave me the wrong lettuce

They were out of so many things like drinks, soups and the team seemed a little disorganized. However, it had been over a year since I had Zupas and I missed it so much! The paninis were divine.
