Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I ordered a salad with pork, second bite it felt like glass, turns out there were bone fragments in the meat. Will never eat there again and potentially become a vegetarian.

I called their customer service hotline and was told, the stores do receive their meat, bone in.

I usually love cafe Rio and grew up going here. This location has disappointed me multiple times now, and I felt compelled to leave a review. It’s always dirty, plastic silverware on the floor & very messy. The food quality is not to the same standard as the other locations. Super gross and do not recommend.

Everything was okay untill I got home and saw cheese layered on top of my guacamole after specific instructions of dairy restriction. So thanks for that.

The food at Cafe Rio is always delicious, but this restaurant stood out because of the staff. They were so funny and made our experience there so enjoyable. Also, I had no idea that they had a little, little kids menu which was perfect for my 18 month old.

It was good. The store was a little dirty. They were busy and actively cleaning while we were there. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall the staff was kind and happy to help us. I would return to Cafe Rio again.

Café Rio never disappoints when I’m craving fresh, flavorful Mexican food. The tortillas are made right in front of you and taste amazing. I usually go for the sweet pork salad—huge portions and packed with flavor. This location was clean, the line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, not like fast food at all. It can get loud during peak hours, but the energy is part of the vibe. Definitely a favorite spot when I want something casual but way better than the usual chain food.

My original review was when they opened, it's gone down hill. I really hope the Soda fountain and the horchata,lemonade bars are cleaned daily we went last night and got the blueberry limeade and that machine was BEYOND GROSS. I dumped my drink... yuck.

Food is decent but the service is terrible and I hate to say it but the issue starts from the manager down. There's been more than 1 occasion where we come in and sit at the counter for 5min before anyone greets us or takes our order when we're the only person in line. Today 1 employee was working drive thru, another making tortillas right next to us, manager in back prepping and cleaning. All 3 saw us and said nothing so we just left and won't be back.

I payed for extra rice and didn’t end up getting any. It’s a little disappointing when i’m looking forward to cilantro rice along with my quesadilla and then I open my food just to see that there isn’t any.

Some new employee I believe. I asked for rice and she put so little. I’m supposed to get one free sauce on the side 4 oz and I got it as a 2 oz cup.
