I was here back in April and had lemon waffles with lemon curd. Oh, the waffles were so fluffy. It was amazing. I came back today for my birthday to have the same and the waffles were flat when I took a bite all I tasted was lemon that was squeezed over my waffles, it was horrible, and now there so flat. The presentation was also horrible. So I picked something else and that wasn't any better.
The quality of their food went from great to horrible. It seemed like anything that calls for eggs. They substitute it for something else because they don't want to buy eggs because of the cost. That's fine increase the price some or take it off the menu. In fact, take anything on your menu that needs eggs because whatever they are using is the worst.
I will never come back here again.

Their breakfast is wack, hash browns are like mashed potatoes & scrambled eggs where runny and not scrambled right.

Always go here with my brother. One of those friendly, comfortable places with good food.

Hours are wrong in Google.
Sign on the door says they close at 2pm, not 2:30.
Good food though.

Top to bottom absolutely awesome. Service was amazing and very quick! If you need a great meal quick for an extremely reasonable price, this is your spot. DONT overpay for other restaurants that will ignore you and have you waiting for mediocre food. Go here, you won't regret it.

Was disappointed with the biscuits and gravy.
Minimal amount.
Didn't care for the homemade flavor. I apparently like out of the can better.
NOT minimal pricing.

Food was good, price ok, service was awful. Had to ask for refills. Never saw our server after he brought the food.

We just got done eating breakfast here and couldn’t be more impressed. We have recently moved to Idaho and have eaten our way through almost every breakfast place in the area. Capri by far beats them all. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. With open seating you are promptly greeted, water served and drink orders to follow. The staff is so warm and welcoming and truly happy to be there. I never once needed my water filled or coffee replenished. Our ticket was brought promptly without a rush. We were in and out, felt so taken care of, and didn’t leave a single bite of food left on our plates. We are completely in love and have found our new go to spot. Also do your self a favor and order the banana bread French toast, this alone will keep you coming back for more.

First time to the Meridian location. First, the service was good. Everything arrived on time. Tables are a little crowded with condiments. Our server changed, but no issue. New server was good. Took our orders. We asked to substitute a pancake for toast. He said there would be an extra change. We said ok. First the pancake was very good. The gravy on the chicken fried steak was kind of bland and the flour overtook the taste of the gravy. The hashbrowns were flavorless and were soggy inside the crispy shell. My wife took her meat lover's omelet home because she filled up on the pancake. We get the check and they charged us full price for the pancakes. That would've been fine, but they did not discount for the toast!
To top all this off, I went to eat the omlete for breakfast this morning there was hair inside it!!!

This is definitely not the Capri I went to in Boise years ago. I won't be going back.

Decided to try this because I love the downtown Boise location. Arrived excited and left feeling disappointed. At surface level, this place comes off hip and modern but ultimately falls flat. The place was filthy, cooks were not wearing hair nets, & no gloves. The utensils, plates, and cups were very dirty. Odd atmosphere. Workers are very rude. Food was mid. The worker wearing a TRUMP hat was the fermented cherry on top of this horrible dining experience. 🙄 Do yourself a favor and travel the extra miles to the downtown location.

Food was nothing to brag about. The gravy on the biscuits wwas good tasting but the biscuits were extremely dry, and the French fries were gross tasting like they been in the freezer for a long time then fast fried in I have no idea what.
