We ordered the ranch chicken wrap and 2 spicy chicken sandwichs. The sandwich patty was solid and dry. The chicken wrap had old chicken and so much ranch and was falling apart.

This place was amazing I come here often and i always see the same girl working at the front alone, and i finally asked her name, Gabbi, she was so outstanding and nice, i was there with my kids and she was so patient with us even when it was very busy this last saturday when i came, I feel like it might be a management issue with poor scheduling, she seems to always be alone during the worst times, I wish luck to Gabbi every week!! :)

The girl that helped me get my food, i think her name tag said Gabby. She was the sweetest thing ever. She helped me pick out some yummy options cause it was my first time at a carls jr. I was on a long trip, stopped there for lunch. I was so tired and she helped me pick out the best tasting fast food ever.

I had been playing up to my boyfriend about how good the Big Carl burger was so good! Very disappointed... and made me look like an idiot... the burgers were charred as if they'd been on the grill all day. It was dry as hell and barely any sauce. It was terrible...I had to eat my own words, I'll never go there again!

Walked in and no other customers in the restaurant. I now know why. Food was over cooked and my hamburger bun was so soggy that I sent it back. Fries had very little salt. The only thing that it had going to for it was my soda. Next time I will go across the street to In-Out.
