the service is TERRIBLE. spending high amounts of MY MONEY for poor service, the fact the dude asked me TWICE for what sauces I wanted, just to discover NO SAUCES IN THE DAMN BAG????? honestly it seems this place is buying high reviews because the star rating does not match the service here. Quite frankly not the only time they’ve messed up on my order. fix it.

Well, I am just as surprised as you to give them a 5 star, but it was mostly due to the service at the drive thru and the taste/quality of the product. Pros - Kaiden took my payment and handed me my order with professionalism and a polite, friendly attitude. He is a great example of how customers should be treated at the window. Am I coming there for the food? Yes. Will I be returning because of the service? Yes! I ordered the Double Big Carl with tomatoes and onions. It was neatly put together with all the proper ingredients and served at a good temperature. . Cons - I like to include a fair and balanced report, but I honestly could not think of any cons on this visit.

Food and atmosphere is overall great. Only thing I have a problem with is their drinks. The drinks always have a horrible taste to them. We thought it was maybe the ice machine. But we just ordered without ice and the taste is still there and it's overwhelming. Almost a chemical taste. If you can fix that it would be a 5 star ratings

I ordered an el diablo wrap and it was the worst thing ever. It will as more like a mini taco, the tortilla was stale, and the tiny chicken tender was half the size of the tortilla. It will as all lettuce. Never again will I go to Carla Jr.
Stopped by for lunch and the food, service and wait time were great. The food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. The tables were even clean. Overall, I wish all fast food visits were more like this.

made the chicken sandwich with chicken nuggets for the chicken, mayo everywhere a complete mess. If you can’t spend a little time making a decent sandwich maybe don’t work there.

I got charged over three dollars for a glass of water because I wanted a large cup instead of a medium the lady at the window said it was a corporate decision and she was not allowed to charge anything less. I hope they’re making a lot of money on those cups of water because they just lost this family of four we will not be back.
