My family and I decided to use a few coupons we received in the mail today. I went through the drive thru and let the person know ahead of time I had a couple coupons. Aimee is her name I believe. So, I tried to explain what the coupon was saying. She asked for the coupon number. I read it to her. She didn't understand. I had to read it about 4 times. Then I moved on to the next one. She said only one coupon per customer. I said since when. And was told to come to the window. Then I handed her the coupons and said this is what I want. And was now told only two coupons. Ok. Fine. I gave her the 2 I wanted to use and tried to order the rest while being ignored and repeating myself multiple times. After I finally paid, I was given my large drink and the window was shut. This was a younger boy. I waved and asked if this is a large. It wasn't. So, I received another drink, but with ice. When I clearly said no ice. That wasn't terrible. Then I received my order and looked briefly. Then left. I realized my poppers weren't in the bag. So, I went back. Again, I got Aimee. I said that I just came through and didn't get the poppers. She continued to ask if I wanted poppers. I kept saying I am missing the poppers. Again I was told to come to the window. I did and said to her I didn't get the poppers. She had them in a bag in her hand and demanded to see my bag. Of course, I showed her. Then she handed me both bags and shut the window. I have been coming here off and on for years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. She didn't understand anything I was saying. Maybe because she didn't speak English well. I don't know. But, I won't be coming back and I wanted to express my concerns for the future of other customers. I worked in fast food for years and I have close family that still does. This was horrible customer service.

I like their menu a lot. Prices keep going up and the quality of service keeps going down, like a lot of fast food restaurants since 2020.

I miss the old days when they had the Teriyaki Burgers. Haven't been much since, but stopped and grabbed something for lunch. The burger was good, though overly priced, but the cris-cut fries were hard like they were old and under a warmer for a while. Super disappointed about that! Everything seems to be getting smaller and more expensive:(

Always love the loaded breakfast burrito. It's big, juicy and delicious and priced better than most pathetic breakfast you get from Jack, McDonald's and Sonic. I go there whenever I can.

Well, this is a first. I never right reviews, but this is really messed up… I’m really disappointed in this. I didn’t know why the girl handing the drive through clerk my food was laughing, nor did I know why the chick that handed it to me smerked & then apologized before closing the window. —But hey, now I do, u fortunately.I’ve been vegetarian for 12 years, so I know what I’m talking about when I say that they ~knowingly~ served me ~real~ beef, not beyond. I used to get the “Beyond Famous Star Burger” once a week, as a reward for working so hard at the gym + eating healthy etc… this was just like a slap to my face.The people that worked there used to have ethical standards… Not anymore! I don’t have any proof; plus, if I tried to get anything out of it, I’m sure they’d just lie & say that I never said “Beyond” or even (politely, mind you) said the words “plant based”, just to clarify.Anyway, I don’t trust them anymore & I’m not going to bother going again. Bummer ??‍♀️. Maybe don’t be careless, at the expense of others? Happy new year, I guess. Thanks for the digestive pain (:Vegetarian options: Well, this is a first. I use the drive through, the staff is usually extremely friendly and efficient. They do a wonderful job of making the food look appetizing and taste amazing. I'll continue to frequent this location.

One of my favorites in "fast food", but generally a few bucks more. There are good deals and plenty of coupons out there for Carl's though.If they bring the teriyaki burger back ill be eating there 2 times a week
