I LOVE Matador so much. The environment is perfect, and every dish is delicious. Literally. Every. Single. Dish. Delicious!!!! The service is always good, so.eti.es great. We had Joy ad our server on Sunday, and she was a delight. She is true to her name. Love Matador so much.Dietary restrictions: I have no issue finding smaller, more protein heavy meals for my dietary needs post bariatric surgery.
FIRST OFF! We came in, was told it be ten minutes on a Thursday night. We get called and they bring us to a 4 table person spot. Remind you it’s me and just my girl, I look over and there’s a two persons seat next to us. I tell the waitress, why can’t we sit there. They say u can but we need to clean it. They tell us to go back up front to clean it, and we do but right when we get up there, they call us back.. THEY LITERALLY MADE US GO UP FRONT TO CLEAN TWO CUPS OFF A TABLE AND CALLED US AFTER WALKING BACK. ON top of that that salsa and chips they give u at the beginning is jarred salsa… Poor Quality, I’ll make u homemade for cheaper…. Over priced because it’s in the village… SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING ME BAD ON MY FIRST TIME. Never gonna be back. Anybody can do food better than u at home. ASK ALL THE MEXICANS. Save a picture of your receipts. The waitress attempted to steal an extra 10 dollars for her tip. The bank statement came out to 127 but the receipt clearly shows 117. I called the manager and he did not even apologize to me or offer any form of reconciliation for my time wasted calling their business and contacting my bank over 10 meazly dollars.The service itself was poor but it wasn’t until the inconsistency between my bank statement and receipt that I contacted a manager. For example, I waited 20 minutes for 1 drink to come out and the waitress never even offered a second drink. I had to ask her twice. Medium steak came out well done. Waitress was not pleasant.

It was awesome inside, the atmosphere was beautiful. It did seem to be crawling with gen-z girls, it was Friday though. Must be a hangout ?, I'm a baby boomer so I felt a little out of place. However the food was good so that's really a plus ?. Oh and the nachos were superb.
