Pastas did not show up by 7:14 and after waiting another 15 min, I called numerous times over a 15 minute span and the phone was off the hook. I had to call another store, who then called the manager at El dorado in order to find out where our food was… she was told they “ran out of dough”. The only thing that needed dough in our meal was the breadsticks. Seriously?! You couldn’t have notified us if that was the case? Requested a refund after waiting 1.5 hours… btw we live maybe 7 minutes away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I was really hoping this would be better Chicago style pizza than Chicago Fire here in Idaho. As a huge fan of Giordano's and Lou Malnati's in Chicago, I found Chicago Fires Abe Froman deep dish to be the clear winner over Chicago Connection.

Ordered a pizza to close to closing time. Dough was as raw as the hamburger. Don't understand why this happened. As like most things now days ,Quality is going down while prices go up.
Another case of buyer B aware. Personally will not B coming back

We order from the Eldorado location every couple of months or so. Last night was horrible. I placed my online order at 4:40 and the estimated delivery time was 5:30. No pizza at 6:00 so I called and the boy said that my pizza had left about ten minutes ago. It was finally delivered at 6:30, almost two hours after I ordered. I know places are busy and short staffed so I try and be patient. They forgot the tomatoes and the extra pizza sauce that I paid for. The pizza looked like it had been sitting around for quite awhile. The cheese was hardly melted and was somewhat cold. I also had requested it to be half pepperoni and half salami and it was ALL salami. My husband and I love garlic but there was so much garlic on the pizza that it overpowered everything else. Needless to say, we ended up picking at the pizza and tossed the rest. Not sure when I'll order from there again.

Love this pizza!! Enjoyed Chicago Pie for 25+ years! There was a slight mishap with our last order, but the fine folks at the El' Dorado Plaza took care of us!! Keep up the good work!

If only I could leave 0 stars. We ordered a taco pizza but delivery driver did not bring the accompanying lettuce, tortilla strips, or taco sauce. He told us he would go right back and get them. Hour later we called and they said he was on the way. Half hour later we called again and they said "driver said he delivered it so what's the problem?" This is not the first time this has happened. CC used to be such a great pizzeria in the valley but their service and quality has really nosedived these last few years
I would personally give zero stars to this location. I got to the location at 2:46pm. Once we enter in the location it has body odor smell to it not food at all. I was going to leave right there but decided to give it a shot since I normally like Chicago connection. The gentleman asked us if we wanted booth or table. We said booth. He asked us we need anything to drink which we did. We received our drinks then no one came back to the booth. My fiencee at 2:56pm went to the desk to let the person know what we wanted to order. No one was present at the desk. With our two drinks that was already finished again no service. We decided to leave around 3:05pm to the desk again no one was present. 3:08pm comes around debating on if I want to call the establishment of Chicago connection to have someone to give us the check for the two drinks that we consumed. Finally two min later the man that sat us at the booth told us that he was busy on the phone making phone calls. This is the worse first impression at a location that I have experience in a long time. We observed people at the table and booth having no drinks or waiting patiently for something they asked. most of all the employees were going at snail pace. We seen people that had long hair that had no hair nets that came does to their shoulder or longer. This has to be a health code violation.
In short, this was a very awful experience at a beloved pizza chain. We will not be coming back.
Mainly wanted everyone to know, the salad bar is open again. I had a salad and a meatball sandwich, yummy.

The last 3 out of 4 times we've ordered delivery from this location they have forgotten the taco sauce, lettuce and tortilla strips that go with their taco pizza. Quality of the pizza has gone down hill and customer service is even worse.

Food was not worth the high prices we paid, service was poor, and the entire place was empty yet filthy. Either we missed a huge rush on Father's day or someone is spending their time on something more important than cleanliness.
