Ordered two pizzas and ravioli. Pizza was ok and they forgot the ravioli. When they did bring the ravioli it was cold and the marinara dipping sauce was busted open and spilled on everything. Disappointing...

Wow!!!! Over 90 minute wait for a pizza? No apology, never told us it would be that long. Why would you not tell people that they are going to have to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza. So many pissed off people leaving shaking their head because they weren’t told about the wait. Come on guys under promise over deliver. Horrible experience.
Update. It has about a year after the experience in first post. We decided to give them another shot. No tap to pay, no 100$ bills, no checks……how is this place still in business $65 dollars for 2 pizzas??????? And they ask for a tip on carry out. Learned my lesson. Boycott these types of businesses. Horrible service mediocre pizza.

We love chicago connection however this is the 2nd time we received our pizza uncut even though we select the cut option, we didn't receive our pizza for an hour and half, and our pizza is burnt on one side. Also a side note- the crust tasted like gluten free pizza but I chose regular and a size large.

New employees don't know what they are doing! Asked several times and still got my pizza cut when I asked for it uncut. She's sipping a drink and said sorry they thought it was a dine in. Why ask me the questions if it's dine in or carry out and if I want it cut or uncut, when they didn't do either. Sheesh! I'm not going back. Sipping on a drink and just says sorry.

We were disappointed with the pizza. Similar to other chain pizza places. Rather expensive for what you get. $39 for two “large” pizzas and one was only cheese and the other was pepperoni.

The 2nd time I ordered pizza and they missed it up and the quality is going down, I call and no one answer the phone never again.

Pros-Better than most pizza locations in the area like Pizza Hut, Domino's, little Caesars, smoky mountain or Idaho Pizza..... EXCEPT Flying Pie.-when done right with plenty of meat it's delicious.Cons-its the most expensive pizza. The large pizza is over 28 dollars.-Flying pie large pizza is two dollars less.-my pizza today had less meat than other previous orders.-flying pie consistently makes pizzas with plenty of ingredients.-chicago connection is the only place I know it charges a service fee of 80 cents.-there is no rewards program like flying pie or other restaurants.In short, if you want the best pizza with more consistent service go to flying pie.Raul

I ordered two large pizzas 4/27/24 @ about 7:00. My wife and I had been busy all day and were hungry. I ordered a large Garlic Chicken pizza, and large Combo pizza, $60+ ? Delivery was about 45mins. I didn't open the boxes at the door. When I did I had a Garlic Chicken pizza, and something else. Don't know what it was but just to hungry to care at that time. Be sure to check the pizzas at the door. Took a picture of mystery pizza.
