The food was very good. The atmosphere was great and they waited on us very quickly but it took forever to get our food. And we were the only ones inside dining.

Just paid $60 bucks for a cold pizza and a salad with no dressing that was almost an hour late! What am I suppose to do with that? 60 bucks down the drain. If the owners read this, please make it right! If I do not hear from them I will not be ordering from here ever again! This was my favorite pizza and I order from there almost weekly. I will not be taken advantage of! This is just plain rotten!

I don't do a lot of reviews, good or bad. But I had to do a review for the pizza that I just got this evening from Chicago connection in meridian. This is probably the worst pizza I've ever gotten their. I quit going for a while because I wasn't having good luck but then my son got it a couple times out at his house and it was pretty good. The pizza tonight was burned, the cheese was burned and I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese on this pizza. I always ask for fresh garlic and they just dumped a whole bunch of that canned crap on the pizza. Also, I don't know what passes for pizza sauce at this place anymore but this stuff tonight was pretty much just water with a little bit of red coloring. This was awful and it was expensive. I guess I'll go back to just not going out there anymore.

Fast good and friendly

We were the only group dining in, and it still took forever and they messed up our orders. Very disappointing visit and we will not be back.

Asked the cook to please not let my pizza stay in oven too long. The pizza that was delivered was exceptional. Thank you for paying attention to customer requests. Still lovin Chicago connection after 30 plus years

Stop here on occasion to grab lunch on my way to work. Counter staff is always friendly and efficient. Food is brought to my tabkr, always hot! Orders have always been hot, fresh and yummy. In and out in about 30 minutes.

Has always been a favorite but I feel they just haven't been the same since COVID. Food quality has declined, the Eagle location has closed, and customer service has slipped. It's like good customer service died with COVID. Unfortunately

Placed an order and showed up at the designated time and waited another 25 minutes. Was allowed to leave without the pizza cutter we ordered. VERY argumentative and poor customer service.

Haven't had chicago connection in a while so driving by i thought I'd give it a shot and it was totally worth it! My son and I ordered a half cheese, half Canadian bacon pizza and it was amazing tasting and looking! And it was relatively fast coming out to us too! The waiter was very kind and friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful with classic rock filling the building! Would highly recommend for comming back again

This used to be my favorite. The last few times it has declined. Tonight was the last chance, we will never go here/order from here again. Chicken Alfredo with NO sauce literally dried noodles. A large pizza with so few mushrooms and pineapple there were multiple pieces with none on them. After spending $79 for 2 pizzas and 1 pasta and this is what we get…. Never again.

I’ve been ordering Chicago Connection since the 80’s so I am a long time customer. The last 3 times I’ve ordered they have messed up my order with ingredients and crust style. I don’t know if it’s management or workers who don’t care to pay attention to details. I’m done, I just got another order for my family and it was wrong again. This many times in a row is not coincidence or a one off it is the way they do business. So goodbye to a restaurant I’ve been frequenting since the 80’s.

Ordered two pizzas and ravioli. Pizza was ok and they forgot the ravioli. When they did bring the ravioli it was cold and the marinara dipping sauce was busted open and spilled on everything. Disappointing...
