I had the worst experience I at the chick fil a off of Eagle. The text runner was extremely rude and rushed our order asking “Kay what else” after every single item and acted inconvenienced when we asked to see the menu as we were new to the business. No smiling, no “have a good night”, she had a complete lack of customer service. They also messed up our order, giving us both the wrong drinks and wrong food items. This Chick Fil A needs to work on customer appreciation and attention to detail.

I've never had any issues except for this location.. Twice my fiance and I have come through and ordered 2 spicy deluxe sandwiches. First time they were regular deluxes, second time they were just plain sandwiches. No cheese, no lettuce. I asked for extra pickles and didn't even get that. We would have turned around and gone back but my fiance was too irritated and we had already pulled out onto the street. Note to self, check your bags before you leave.

Why do they advertise on Sunday's but they are not open? People need to eat (and work) on Sunday's. You can't get the christianchicken on Sundays. That's the only day I go there now.

Sent back first spicy chicken sandwich as it was cold. Cheese not melted, bun cold, chicken patty lukewarm. Sent back. Next chicken, same way. Done with this location. They advertise fresh good food and what I got TWICE was unacceptable. The chicken was really dark which meant the oil was old. If lighter in color the oil would have been fresh.
