Chick-fil-A is an amazing restaurant. At every location I've ever visited, it is always clean, the food is delicious, service is quick, and the employees are super friendly!

I came to the drive through and their employee; Melody, was immediately rude and aggressive with her service, I had one mobile order and one regular order. I gave her the name for my mobile order and everything seemed fine, but she was very quick to say pull forward as she walked away. I politely called after her to say we had one more order to make, she came back with attitude saying “ well you didn’t say that”. She asked for a name for the order and when she couldn’t find it as a mobile order, I apologized and clarified it would be a normal order. Without asking for the order she stared blankly so I went ahead and asked for an eight piece chicken nugget with medium fry, she was very rude and condescending while she yelled “YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP” I said the order louder and she then responded “IS THAT ALL” I said yes and after asking our payment method she told me to pull forward. I pulled forward and told the employee about the experience, she was very apologetic and very kind. Overall I was very disappointed with my service today and left chick fil a in tears

The last few times we’ve visited, the chicken patties have been a little dry. When we tried the sandwich with classic patty with bacon, both were tough and chewy. The chicken is the main thing, secondary to a well oiled machine kind of experience. If that’s not on point, there is none.
Probably won’t return for a while.
Not sure about the atmosphere. It depends when and where you visit. This one we drive through.
